2nd 2026 GMAC JOTI Grape Diamonds ETHOS

Hudson2384 These seedlings are starting to catch up to their clone counter parts. I have done a lot of bending and tucking to lower their canopy as well as easing up on the light. Hopefully these stunting tactics will allow these small ladies to get into a decent size for the flip. To start off with Green Crack x MAC by JOTI are by far the strongest. No tie wire to prop up those seedlings. They are a few days away from being transplanted into 3 gal square pots. I'm choosing my traditional square pots as these are reg seeds and chances are at least one will get chopped. Crossing my fingers on this one. Which comes to my last strain Grape Diamonds by Ethos. The last 2 are a week behind GD 1. I believe I will trans plant GD 1 into a 5 gal fabric pot. The other 2 maybe another week in the small containers. They will also get the 5 Gal Treatment. So all in all worst case scenario is that I have 6 ladies best is 8 which I can easily fit in. Feeding schedule hasn't changed as well no need. Some have gotten just plain water.

Hudson2384 So these seedlings are now really plants and they are developing rapidly! Which is a good thing but I'm going to have to train these ladies differently than their clone couter parts. So I have decided I will top all of them eventually if the 2 I have already topped do well. LST takes a tad longer and I don't have the patients for it. Let the lower nodes grow out. The canopy seems to be even however the seed that I started don't have as many nodes as the clones. I have also upped the base nutes and thrown in EG for good measure. That and a healthy does of mykos they will settle into their new homes just fine. So as of now we have 5 5gal pots and 3 3gal pots. This should be interesting. A few more weeks and I'll be ready to flip these ladies.

Hudson2384 Good lord does Grape Diamonds respond well to topping! Most strains take at least a week to recover but not this lday. As you can see the internodal spacing is gigantic when topped. GD1 was the first to have it and you can see the difference is night and day from last week. I'm so excited to grow Grape Diamonds. From my other experiences with Ethos I suspec I'll get my money's worth. As for the GMAC It too responded well to topping. All is going acording to plan. As of now were on a great and even play field with the clones. I suspect 2-3 more weeks of veg at the most. Then look out. I have a good feeling about the GMAC

Hudson2384 Wow, Have these Grape Diamonds exploded this week. I was a bit skeptical about starting seeds 2 weeks before recieving my cuttings but the timing seems to have worked out. GD1 has multiple top nodes and the other 2 are well on their way. I will max out the veg at 24 inches max. I'm not going to hesitate to top these plants in the future. I have never seen a strain respond so well to topping. ETHOS has impressed me and I haven't even smoked it yet! But what I have smoked the GMAC is also coming in nicely. It's plastic square pot isn't performing as well as it's fabric counter part. So I think I will be switching back full time to fabric pots. Sure I might water more but the growth seems to be faster in a fabric pot. I'm fairly certain that we are in the last 10 days of veg. Which is why I'm posting a tad early this week. I always get so excited when I get to flip as we know when the chop comes after it. I have upped the bas nutrients to max. I did the first feed today with GD1. She's exploded so I think a nice meal for her was in order. The rest will get that dose eventually.

Hudson2384 So as of today my light cycle has swiched to 12/12. The plants have just experienced their first 12 hours of darkness so this will be the last update for Veg in regards to this diary. Out of all the plants the Grape Diamonds seem to be kicking ass. Excellent node coverage on top and large internodal spacing. These ladies have really impressed me so far. Out of all the years I have been growing I have never seen a plant respond so quickly to topping it's crazy. They seem to be pushing 21 inches from soil so this puts us in out 18-22 inch canopy requirment. So I had to make the decision to flip. It's time anyways. As for the GMAC those two are doing very well at this point. In the next week or two we will see if they are girls. I'm hoping at least 1 of them will be. I would like to at least have a plant count of 7. I have faith that the ganja gods will see me through this grow and bless me with a female out of my reg seeds. As per usual the fabric pot is doing well and the square pot seems to be lagging a bit behind. I think I'm definetly changing back to fabric pots. it's so much easier and better for the roots. Hudson2384 This week has gone seamlessly. Just as an FYI it's not recomended you switch base from grow to bloom until 1 full week of flower. I only changed the nutrients due to the fact that as of today that week has gone through and I did feed 1 Grape Diamond. I also added in honey chome for taste. Going to wait to add thick buds or my PK booster. That is usually reserved for about 1.5 2 week into flower. As for GD plants themsevles are doing very very well. The canopy height has reached 25 inches in just 1 week. It added about 4 inches and you can really tell the difference between this and last week. I am just so impressed by this strain it's crazy. Never expected them to surpase their clone counter parts. As for the GMAC I have both good and bad news. The bad news is, is that the square pot was a male. Those sacks really started to show themselves so as of tonight I chopped him down. The good news is the fabric pot 1 is look like a female! :) So happy I'm going to have a bit of this strain in my collection it is absolute fire.

Hudson2384 This week has been fantastic. The buds are already starting to develop. By far the strain in this tent that has blown me away is the Grape Diamonds. As you can see there monsters now. Almost 3 feet. Hoping they don't stretch more cause they left there sisters in the dark. The only cutting to keep up was the Gucci Kush. You can find that one on the sister diary to this one. Green Crack X MAC is a FEMALE! :) My bet paid off. As long as I got 1 out of the 2 I am happy. She will probably yield maybe at most 1.5 oz but it will be my specialty bud I go for on sat mornings. She's doing well in the 3 gallon fabric pot. Which is nice cause I really didn't want to throw out a fabric pot after veg. She has stretched out a bit. Nothing too crazy. Something manageable. Kind of glad I switched to 5 gallons. Something tells me these GD's will yield heavy thick buds. As Iam seeing from other diaries. I decided to add my PK booster to my plants. I know it seems excessive but the formula has worked in previous grows. Please support you local hydroponics store. I just had one of my favorites shut down and they were such a help to me when I started. If you can please avoid Amazon thank you.

Hudson2384 OMG! Is all I can say for this crop. The Grape Diamonds have absoultly exploded in size over the past few weeks. They have reached a soil height canopy 36 inches or 3 feet. Hell if you include the pot it self it's almost 4 feet tall. I am hoping the stretch has finally stopped which appears so. I am happy with my canopy height as I wanted to max out on. I am now so down to do 5 gal fabric pots. I have a sneaky suspicion that I might get 5 0z per plant off this beautiful creation. So almost a pound off 3 plants would really be great. What isn't 3 feet tall is my Gmac. I am greatful that I have her but it is a strain that does not stretch. Thankfully she is on a box riser with 2 of her sisters so they may recieve an equal ammount of ppfd. I know she will be beautiful. She is coming along nicely and she will be excellent smoke down the road. I was a bit miffed that my plant count was 7 instead of my usual 9 but just looking at the 3 big GD's that I got makes it worth the sacrifice. Besides I pretty much got the same canopy coverage I would have gotte with 9 3gal pots.
