Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 1 - Day 7 Current Conditions: PPFD: 250-270 (SANlight Stixx @60%) VPD: 0.6-0.7 (Offset 0 degrees C) DLI: 19 Hey Growmies 👋 All seedlings successfully sprouted. Will start counting the days once all have broken through the soil surface. Took another 24 hours after transplant until all of them have broken through the soil surface. Used a humidity dome for the first two days to keep the humidity high. Also the lights were on for 24 hours that the seedlings immediately receive light. Low PPFD with 180 for the first two days. Still surprised how fast the seeds germinated. What I forgot during last week’s update was a small detail which I changed compared to last runs. When seeds are stored in a fringe, bring the seeds to room temperature a day before starting the germination process. Seems logical, but a old experienced friend told me that. Again something learned :) Seedling soil: 70% BioBizz Light Mix 20% Wormcastings 5% Premium Compost 5% Biochar Added to the total soil volume of 3.5 liters: Basalt and Gypsum (1- teaspoon of each amendment) Watered in with 5% of total soil volume with filtered and dechlorinated tap water. No PH adjustment. This activates the soil microbes and the soil gets alive🤘 Prepared pots were sitting for 7 days at room temperature before the sprouted seeds were transplanted. Sprinkled Rootwise Complete around each seed during the transplant. Both Lucid Visions looking good, not sure which of the both plants will make it to the final tent. Will decide by end of next week. They will be transplanted early week 3 to the living soil container. Once dry to the touch, I’m watering in small doses (50ml) that the roots actively searching for moisture and without the risk of overwatering the medium. Specially in this stage it’s a high potential risk and slowing down the growth. Planning to re-amend the soil by tomorrow. Unfortunately, already a week behind, but time is a limiting factor right now. However should not be an issue to have the girl of choice transplanted on time. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 2 - Day 14 Current Conditions: PPFD: 280-320 (SANlight Stixx 60%) VPD: 0.8-0.9 (Offset 0 degrees C) DLI: 21 Hey Growmies 👋 The both little girls looking great and developing pretty vigorously. Really like the strong growth of the large Lucid Vision (back left). She will probably the one which will be chosen for this grow 😁💪 Still watering in small doses (60ml) every 2-3 days to avoid the risk of overwatering the medium. They really like this small doses and not stopping their growth. They’re getting bigger and almost needed to water them daily over the last days. So it’s time to move them to their final home pretty soon. Almost a week back re-amended the container. Kept the moisture level in a medium to lower moisture level during the summer break, but the soil never dried out and the irrigation system was still active. Maintained some airflow in the tent to avoid the risk of mold. Used following ingredients: 1 1/4 Cups BuildASoil Craft Blend (1 Cup=240ml) 1 1/2 Tablespoon (Tbsp) Kelp meal 1 Tbsp Insect frass 1 Tbsp Mustard seed meal 1/2 Tbsp Fish meal 1 Tbsp Alfalfa meal 2 Tbsp Malted barley 2 Tbsp Buckwheat crushed 1 Tbsp Basalt 1 Tbsp Gypsum All ingredients mixed together with fresh worm castings and premium compost (Almicanna). Added also 5% biochar to the total mix. Everything mixed with the existing mulch layer of the living soil container. For this container choose additional ingredients with a higher nitrogen content (Alfalfa meal, more Fish meal) as I’m planning to keep this plant a few more weeks in veg stage and was running out in nitrogen during last run. Let’s see 😊 Now the soil biology will break the single ingredients down and make everything plant available. Sprinkled some cover crops seeds onto the soil, covered with organic straw and watered in with some goodies. That simple 😊💚 I’m excited and probably moving one of the both to their final home within the next days. In the meanwhile cleaning the tent and the water tank. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 3 - Day 21 Current Conditions: PPFD: 340 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @30%) VPD: 0.9 (Offset 0 degrees C) DLI: 22 Hey Guys 👋 The little girl moved to the final home 6 days ago. It’s the third cycle in this container. The roots were looking healthy and ready to explore the ground. Still keeping the lights intensity low that she can establish a strong root system. Have chosen Lucid Vision #2 for this run. She showed a pretty vigorously and compact growth 😊 Sprinkled some Rootwise Complete around the transplant hole. This will help the plant to reduce their transplant shock 😎🤘 If you’re interested in my living soil recipe, check out my diaries Last Dance or Apples & Cherries. On this reports I’ve documented the entire procedure. She’s looking fine, but not 100% happy. At least it seems like. However someone would say something is wrong with the soil, but all parameters are in check. She puts right now the most energy into her root development. Will love to see her getting ready with an explosive growth. So interesting how different genetics can react in the same conditions. Will let her do her thing and keep watching💚😁 Blumat Digital is in the range of approx. 80 mbar, so not too dry and not too wet. Specially right now when she don’t need much water yet. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 4 - Day 28 Current Conditions: PPFD: 400 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @30%) VPD: 0.9 (Offset -1 degrees C) DLI: 26 Hello Growmies 👋 She’s looking very healthy, developing a pretty good and compact structure. Looking forward to the next weeks. Will take some work over the next few weeks to get a nice and even canopy. Topped her yesterday. She received some daily LST, pinched the single side branches to spread them out to the empty space💪 Increased the VPD to lower the humidity to help the plant increasing her transpiration rate. This will also increase the growth rate and so she can get bigger day by day 😁👍 The soil biology ate the sowed cover crops seeds, so a few more nutrients in the mulch layer, but no cover crops plants😂 so decided to sow some new seeds around. Let’s see if they are still able to catch up. Last but not least, as promised wanted to provide some background details on this genetic: Lucid Vision - Solfire Gardens Genetics: Bahama Bussdown × Cherrylicious Type: Balanced hybrid; breeder descriptions commonly present it as 50/50 indica/sativa Aroma: Sour wine, fermented purple grapes, cherry, citrus and a sharp gassy edge. Appearance: Dense, heavily frosted flowers with strong purple/violet coloration toward maturity. Effects: Often described as euphoric, focused and relaxing, combining a clear-headed cerebral feeling with physical relaxation. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 5 - Day 35 Current Conditions: PPFD: 450 (SANlight EVO 4-80 @35%) VPD: 0.9 (Offset -1 degrees C) DLI: 29 Heyy Everyone 🤘 End week 5 and continued with LST to spread the branches wide out to get a even canopy. Very strong and vigorous plant. Outstanding performance! 💪 There is not really much training needed, she spreads out by herself and has a very nice bushy structure, which makes everything very easy😁👍 For preventive pest control will use three different species of predator mites. Additionally will sprinkle some Hypoaspis mites on the soil surface. That will help to keep the fungus gnats population under control and is a great preventive measure in every soil system. Also watering in every few weeks some SF-nematodes. At the moment I am lucky as there are no gnats around 😁 Will keep her in the veg cycle for another 2-3 weeks to spread the branches out to the empty space and get a good structure. As previously announced made a small modification to my grow tents with a big impact. Removed the exhausting fan and the carbon filter from the inside of the tent. Integrated a carbon filter box on the outside. This way can easily install or replace the carbon filter during flower when it’s getting stinky 😂 Biggest benefit gaining some extra space on the top to be prepared for a heavy stretch💪 Also that way can extend the life time of the filter without the risk of saturation of the activated carbon due to high humidity. Everything above 55% humidity reduces the life time significantly, even I’m using a industry grade filter. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 6 - Day 42 Current Conditions: PPFD: 500 (SANlight EVO 4-80 @40%) VPD: 0.9 (Offset -1 degrees C) DLI: 32 Heyy Growmies and welcome 🤘 Lucid Vision is a beast. Very strong and vigorous growth behavior🤩 She looks great, however there is some tip burn visible on the new growth on the top. However this shouldn’t be an issue as she‘s probably too sensitive caused by the high amended mulch layer. Guess there is a high amount of nitrogen available and in accordance with the breeders recommendations this genetic is pretty sensitive to nitrogen. But will let her do her thing as the new growth in the middle looks healthy without any tip burn. However will not overthink the current situation and keep all parameters in check. Also have seen this symptoms before on La Bomba by Compound Genetics some grows back and she turned out great. Planning to start inducing end of vegetation stage by next week via changing the light duration from 18 hours slowly down to 16 hours. This ensures a smooth transition into flower 😁 Planning to do a defoliation, some LST and bend down the side branches. First pre-flower pistils are visible, so that’s a pretty good sign that her sugar storages are already filled up. However this helps the plant to reduce stress due to hormonal changes during the transition. Also less herm risk on new and modern genetics. The stretch will be exciting, as this genetic is known to be a heavy stretcher😄 Therefore want to tie down the branches as low as possible to have enough space for the upcoming stretch 😁 Thank you for stopping by, have a good week and see you on the next update ✌️💚

Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 7 - Day 49 Current Conditions: PPFD: 540 (SANlight EVO 4-80 @48%) VPD: 1.2 (Offset -1 degrees C) DLI: 31 Heey Growmies✌️ She is looking healthy and it’s the official last day of veg. Defoliation was done this week and cleaned up her legs. The branches were bended down to fill out the empty space and exposed the lower branches that they’re getting more light. Also some HST was done with supercropping on the topside branches to bring them into position. Didn’t install a trellis net on this plant this time as the canopy is developing pretty evenly. First pre-flower pistils popping up which is a pretty good sign that she is ready for flower😊 Decreased the humidity and increased the lights intensity to support her transpiration process. Decreased the light duration to 17 hours and four days ago to 16 hours. Planning to flip to 12/12 by tomorrow on day 50. Quite excited what comes up over the next weeks 😊 The stem rub is already phenomenal. Loud, fruity, exotic and reminds me of the Pink Milk of my last single run😁👍 Installed the activated carbon filter as the smell is already getting more intense. Don’t want to upset my neighbor😅 Prior before switching the lights cycle to 12/12 checked the outside of the tent walls for any possible light leaks and sealed some areas on the tent corners with some duct tape. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 8 - Day 56 - Day 7 Flower Current Conditions: PPFD: 670 (SANlight EVO 4-80 @58%) VPD: 1.1-1.2 (Offset -1 degrees C) DLI: 29 Hey Growmies 🤘 We’re at the beginning of the flower cycle and there will be a significant increase in height over the next 2 weeks. Still some tip burn visible, but everything else is looking fine😁👍 She’s in the hormonal change to get ready for production of some sticky flowers 🤩 Continued with some LST and HST to get the single branches best positioned. Nice and even canopy. Let’s see what stretch is hiding in this genetic. Think it will be wild, but I’m prepared💪😁 Planning to do some defoliation within the next week to increase the airflow through the canopy and remove a few bigger leaves. She will definitely benefit some a small hair cut. Checking every few days different area of the plant to see if there are any male pollen sac forming on this plant. This is a potential risk during these first weeks of flower and want to be ahead of such kind of issues. Made some modifications to the refilling system of my irrigation system. Installed another 47 liter Autopot tank which is supplying now the main tank and keeping the gravity pressure at the same level. This ensures to keep a constant pressure to the Blumat system.
