CannaArchive The new Orange Octane run started with the same germination method as the Granny Candy.
The seed was pre-germinated for around 48 hours before being placed into Plagron Light Mix. During germination, the medium was only kept moist with plain water, without any nutrients or additives.
The seed successfully germinated and made it above the soil 🌱
Environmental conditions were kept at around 25°C, 70% RH and approximately 150 PPFD, giving the seedling a gentle start.
So far, germination went smoothly and the young plant developed well enough to move on into the first vegetative weeks.

CannaArchive The first week is complete and the Cali Octane is settling in well.🌱
She started out quite small and a little stretched, but during the week the first true leaves developed nicely and the plant began to pick up speed. Growth is still a bit behind the other seedlings in the tent, but overall she looks healthy and continues to move in the right direction.
The seedling is growing in Plagron Light Mix and has only received plain water so far. No nutrients were added during this early stage.
Conditions stayed around 27°C, 65% RH and roughly 150 PPFD, keeping the environment gentle while the root system gets established. By the end of the week, new growth was clearly visible and the plant had started building its next set of leaves. 🌿
A calm first week overall. Nothing dramatic, just steady early growth and a healthy start. 💚
