I was Invited by Female Seeds to Test their Genetics Gennaro sent me 3 Strains This will be the Diary of C99 She stands on my "to Grow-list" now for around one Year now i am gonna grow her I put the Seeds into lukewarm Water and " Humic Acid Plus" up to 24 hours Friday I put them into a Teabag and covered them with a wet , clean Kitchensonge until Roots show up, they like it to have it warm, dark and humid Monday One Seeds showed curled Roots, the Other no Roots, so i started another Seed I plantedthe Seed into 3l Airpots, filled with my Soilmix and "Living Organics" And after that they went into my " Seedlingstent" Thursday Still waiting for the C-99 Seed, ive been peeping and could see tiny Roots yaaay!!!! And the one in the Ground will probably show up tomorrow It looks like ihave 3 C-99 Plants now hahah life could be more worse than this.... expecting none getting 3 thats great Friday Yesterday the other 2 Seeds of C-99 germinated too So i planted them and took them into my Seedlingstent I put some " living Organics" in the Soilmix And Watered with water and Humic Acid Plus oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo SETUP SEEDLINGSTENT: 60x60 cm Tent 2x26 Watt " Secret Jardin" Led lights ( passive cooled) 1 Clip-Ventilator 3l Airpots Humifidier Hydro/ Thermometer and Additional Light ( later) Mars Hydro ( true Wattage 100 W) ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Breeders Informations: Genetic lineage: C99 x C99 Indoor: 8-9 weeks Outdoor: YES. See page … for suitable Outdoor zones worldwide and corresponding harvest periods Height:Indoor: 80-100 cm | Outdoor: 150-200 cm Yield: Indoor: 500-600 g/m² | Outdoor: 400 g/plant Taste/smell: Sweet and fruity smell of pineapple and grapefruit Effect: Warm, glowing, happy and uplifting Sativa high fueling creativity The C99 strain was one of the first strains from Female Seeds. The C99 feminized seeds were launched at the birth of Female Seeds in 2003. But Ferry actually first started working on this strain back in 1999. The first batch he produced of C99 were regular seeds for a different seedbank. Years of experimenting with the original Brothers Grimm C99 led to the creation of our very own C99. The origins are difficult to establish, but it was a long flowering Sweet Tai landrace crossed with a short flowering Sativa. Most likely, the Durban Poison. The current C99 strain we are selling, was backcrossed to stabilize the genetics with two specially selected C99 phenotypes - a Grapefruit, and the legendary Pineapple pheno. The result is the holy grail of cannabis strains! A fast flowering Sativa that has the taste and high of an exceptionally sweet landrace Sativa. A landrace that would normally take up to a half a year of flowering. Yet our C99 strain flowers in just 8 to 9 weeks. Our C99 strain has an unusually high CBD content for a Sativa strain. It actually resulted in a new chemotype, CBD-Sativa. This C99 strain is a Sativa dominant hybrid and has 2 phenos. One is slightly more compact and the other stretches slightly more. The C99 plant forms one giant, candle shaped bud with several smaller nugs on lower branches. All very dense and frosty with resin. One phenotype has that wonderful grapefruit smell. The other phenotype has that legendary, sought-after pineapple smell. On the whole, a very nice balanced taste between fruity sweet and pleasantly acidic. The high is a typically Sativa; a warm, glowing, happy and uplifting effect. This high is long-lasting and stimulates the mind providing you with plenty of creative energy. Medicinal: Neuropathic pain management (class A) Relief of symptoms for Crohn’s disease and Colitis Ulcerosa (Class A) Relief of symptoms of insomnia (Class B) Relief of symptoms of spasms and MS due to its CBD content (Class C)

@Mrs_Larimar firstly you will need a controller to let your dehumidifier know when to run heres what I have https://www.google.com/aclk?sa=L&ai=DChcSEwi0h7G2y9njAhWPhHAKHeN6Db4YABAMGgJzYg&sig=AOD64_3GaM0dZwOlYa6lVED5QI4_7CNbkw&ctype=5&q=&ved=0ahUKEwjzxaq2y9njAhXMfysKHXfcCZoQ9aACCEY&adurl= Then Heres a link to find out what size dehumidifier you will need according to your grow space https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=12&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwils-aAzNnjAhWYfH0KHeJGC6cQFjALegQIABAB&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.urbanorganicyield.com%2Fgrow-room-dehumidifier%2F&usg=AOvVaw3-iT1jvEp0lPfgdSwzchP1

Congratulations to your new light! I'm sure you will like it. Superior lights can be easily identified: They do not need fans (which only wastes energy, produces additional heat and noise and can and will break sooner or later). This means the manufacturer cannot use cheap, ineffective electronics and LED chips, so you get high end stuff like the Meanwell driver. Your MarsHydro will feel like a toy in some days. Of course the Quantum Boards are much more expensive, but they are worth every cent. I will follow this diary even more closely now, because Quantum Boards were amongst the lights I considered purchasing myself. Main reason to go with the Sanlights was the flexibility of multiple small ones and the feature of having the drivers outside of the tent.

@Mrs_Larimar, oh, you currently do NOT wear sunglasses? I really recommend that, I certainly do that. At least most of the time :)

Mrs_Larimarcommented5 years ago
@Buddha2,thank you , it was alittle tough to get the colours... but as i wrote just put the darkest filter on.. and looking good. LIke wearing "shades "on the beach. The light is so bright if you sit in front of the tent its like spain on the beach. i really think about wearing sunglasses if i have to work longer on them

@Buddha2,the aluminium plate is getting pretty hot... so you need to have the right size of tent^^...and i got to say i took the recommended size for this light, and it works wonderful , i have stable temps around 27 degree.....
Buddha2
Buddha2commented5 years ago
@Mrs_Larimar, how hot does the light get? Can you touch and hold the heat sink or does it feel so uncomfortable after some seconds that you need to release it?
