Shiskaberry - Barney's Farm

Drtomb The plants were started about 101 days ago. They have been topped, and then cloned, then selected the best clones. After that I selected a total of the 30 best tops to focus on. I've scarecrowed the plants to allow them to focus hard on the remaining tips. They have about 2 weeks left of vegging and then they will be scarecrowed again, right before being flipped to 12/12 just as I'm going on vacation. Then pruned scarecrow style when I return.

Drtomb Tent is still vegging. Both side are running under 1000w se cool tubes. Temps are sitting around 29c.so I've been running the lights at a reduced wattage of 750w. Temps are sitting around 26c. Temperatures will soon begin falling and will be much more controlled. Slowly training the tops of the branches. Been removing sucker branches as they grow. Want these girls focused before I leave. Friday will be the next time I update, just as I leave for my trip. I'll try to have pictures taken, but no promises. Also tossed a chocolopez in the back corner, grows tall so I don't want any light blocked. I needed to top up the strain.

Drtomb Flipping to flower today. Plants have Vegged and filled the screen area. I selected the best 3 tops to focus for cola growth. I'll be gone for one week of Flower on holidays and be back a few days into week 2. We will see what a difference it will make. Stay tuned.

Drtomb My Gardner helper has been dealing with pump failure and flooded mother tents. Think it's all sorted out now

Drtomb Scarecrow method completed late and done by my fill in. May not be the best, but at least the plants can focus that energy.

Drtomb Everything is moving nicely. These plants really like to stretch. My lights are almost to there max height. Luckily I believe we are past the stretch now

Drtomb Girls are stacking hard and deep. Unbelievable Barney's Farm just keeps producing winners. Keep up the good work Barney's Farm! Can't wait to taste these. 4 weeks until chop.

Drtomb Came in to find 3 Colas fallen over. Think it's due to the lack of potassium silicate this run. Thankfully I have a bunch of yoyo hangers. I've got them nice and tied up. Switched the nutes to the final stage. The nutrients are high potassium and phosphorus, low nitrogen. Plant-Prod MJ Finisher. One week of nutes left, than 2 of flush. That's right baby!! 3 weeks left!

Drtomb Everything in the 4x8 tent us going great. Started a flawless finish flush for 1 week, than straight water for the last week. Harvest is around the corner and buds have flattened up stiff!

Drtomb Maybe the last week? I'm watching the hairs and plenty of white hairs remaining. Buds don't look "ready", not even worth scoping. I'm on the flush, was running "Flawless Finish" but switched to straight water. I'll also be watching the leaves for yellowing as the nutrients begin to be used up by the plant.

Drtomb I grew three seeds and two were similar with the 3rd having extremely big colas. I actually believe if the other two produced more they would have been the keepers as the bud does look nice with orange hairs scattered about.
