The first week went awesome, day 1 of week 2, 4 choc mint Og and 2 (Z Dream) growing steadily watered for the second time with good microbes will check back in 6 more days.
Everything's looking good just put up a different led cob light plants seem too be loving it will be repotting into smartpots sometime this week as roots are showing out bottom of cups still not sure if I'll keep both of the Z Dream or remove the weaker one and just grow out the stronger more indica dominant looking pheno any input appreciated and the choc mints are all coming along nicely
Plants absolutely loved the transplant and have just grown steadily eversince, turned light on full power today to give the girls some more energy they had there first feeding a couple days ago and have taken off since then all in all everythings going well pretty happy with the shorter bluedream cross can't wait to see what she comes out like let me know what you guys think
Growing strong super proud of Z-Dream #1 she's looking beautiful thinking they could possibly be auto flowers so I'm keeping an eye on them. Chocolatemint og are growing faster and faster can smell them slightly but no defining characteristics yet will keep yall posted
Everything going great in the garden check me out @landofthelonggreencloud on Instagram this journal may have glitched out as I've noticed a few problems with pictures etc hopefully it's all fine from now on
This week was good did abit of training taking it slow and steady giving them love and patience removed the male Z Dream that was a lil disappointing but that's the life of a grower peace out for this week and check in next will be going into flower in the next few weeks
Chill as week been super busy with everyday bullshit so I've just made sure they've had a nice big drink and a little feed been feeding microbes with molasses the whole time as for when they go into flower I'm still not sure I have a few different ideas I've gotta process but any suggestions are welcome love these plants shout out to @Humboldt_Seed_Organisation for the quality product
Another week down not much to note on will let them grow out another week and then I think I'll take a large number of clones to choose from got a new flowering tent set up coming she's guna be a beast and I'll need to fill her up what are your thoughts on which plants should go outside or everything from clone and keep the best 2 mom's?
These buds obviously aren't going to be the best representation of strength but they still pack a wonderful punch and there's a very strong chocolate lime mint aroma that bites the nose every time a jar is opened very excited for the serious run of medical flower
This was a stressful grow due too relocating half way through and a fair few problems that needed to be fixed along the way but in terms of growth of me as a grower this plant has been one of the best things too really take your growing too the next level we produced nothing special this time around but I'm very confident next time will be phenomenal in comparison I will definitely start up a flower dairy to document a better flowering cycle for everyone too follow along. Also I will be adding some pictures of how the Z Dream is doing outside since it was broken down into 25 clones again sorry to anybody whose disappointed but I'll make it up the next round after all growing is about growth and learning is it not cheers from Land of the Long Green cloud
Another week down not much to speak on just fed mineral water this week to keep em going some big plans in the work so just making sure I can keep on top of everything when the time comes peace yall
Another busy ass week will be cutting clones next week and flipping into flower once they've recovered all except the lucky one chosen to be the mother
Another busier ass week got some huge plans in the work so definitely watch this space will be flowering a couple of these girls in a few weeks and will explain more around what the plans are for this coming year it'll be great to get some advice from the pros
Sorry I'm a day late guys this weeks been more hectic than usual got the new tent up just need to finish putting up fans n filters and the 1.5 x 1.5 tent back up will be starting the outdoors dairy soon keep your eyes on this space guys I appreciate all the help aswell shout out too @Hellhazard for the advice and positive support and especially @Humboldt_Seed_Organisation for the high quality genetics
Sorry I've missed the week transition too flower but I've been ridiculously busy as you guys can see but don't worry about the 2 choc mints in flower there's viable clones cut the genetics will live on let's check out these flowers
Busy week but same old putting some heavy work in for this year to come the passion is real though shout out to mendodope if you don't know who they are definitely look them up!
Week 3 of flower sorted out the nutrients but now I think the lenses on the lights are causing a few problems so I may have too lower the power of the light sooner maybe week 5 as I can't raise it any higher the downside too 2m grow tents but I will make do and learn from this experience. M's up!
A few over watering problems now. Keeping everything logged in the dairy increasingly more too do but I'll get threw it all and learn as I go any advice on getting these girls schedule back on track the heats not helping but we're dealing with it
Another crazy week so the chocolatemint 1 was suffering from a potassium defiency possibly caused by a lock out from the pH so I've sloy been raising it and amended the soil with some manganese potash chocolatemint 2 suffered a horrible overwatering problem which I feel horrible about but I'm doing all this by myself and learning as I'm going I will say this chocolatemint has really improved my growing techniques and methods so a big thanks too @Humboldt_Seed_Organisation for the high quality genetics I promise the next round of clones will be much prettier but I'll definitely be able to get these flowering girls back on track I'll just be taking them too atleast 10 weeks
This week has been busy thankfully the girls look like there bouncing back number 2 took some pretty bad over watering damage which I think has resulted from the substrate getting too dry stopping the plants from properly up taking there nutrition but back on track and will probably take them out another 4 weeks
Another long week so it was definitely a potassium defecincy definitely caused by a nutrient lock out due to the low pH we've fixed that up and although there not the prettiest buds they do stink and are starting to put on some decent weight will probably need to take them 10 weeks because of the set back but learning is priceless we only get better with our mistakes I think that's a sign of a passionate grower
Another week down I've learnt alot from this grow about time management and nutrition scheduling along with deficiency detection and learning from each grow is what all this is about aye as you can see by the real flower tent that's about to be flipped we found the limits of this strain and have been able to push these next round of girls hard
@LandoftheLongGreenCloud, good save bro! Can you toss the male outside and let it do its thing? You should harvest some pollen if he is a nice plant and brush some on a female bud to make some seed for yourself. Hell, you can mail me some seeds too LOL :)
@Hellhazard,awesome I can't wait just had a look at that dairy beautiful bro got my beneficial microorganisms all sorted so I'll try keep on top of that watering schedule and make sure there just getting what they need cheers bro
He bro been a while since I checked your CMOG grow.... Looks like you had a learning curve some weeks back judging by the leaves.
I've found that once you get used to a certain set of nutrients that mixing and PH'ing proper amounts of feed becomes easier and you'll be also able to look at your plants and judge yourself what amounts to adjust in the mix. That is one benefit of using an extensive line of bottle nutrients like CYCO PLATINUM or ADVANCED NUTRIENTS..But it takes a couple of grows at least to get the mixology down.
I'm pretty sure your CMOG girls will end up like my pheno did..Dark, greasy and super thick sugar leaf.
Get to flowering already, now Im excited :)
@Hellhazard,I'll get onto that aussie brand ASAP nz customs is the real problem though there really protective of our native wildlife which is understandable its a beautiful place tune in next week bro I've got a surprise for everyone
@LandoftheLongGreenCloud, You may have an easier time finding Cyco Platinum Series as it is produced in Australia and I would assume they tried to hit your more local market before overseas. Great stuff.
@Hellhazard,thanks bro I appreciate the support I'm trying to get my hands on some advanced nutrients but it's been pretty hard to find the range over here in nz but I shall look into shipping some over the girls are definitely looking alot healthier and praying alot more will be flipping some into flower in the next couple weeks I'll keep you posted
@LandoftheLongGreenCloud, yes because magnesium is the central molecule in the chlorophyll ion and gets used up in the photosynthesis process. And light is one important factor in the photosynthesis equation, that is formulated by:
Light + Water + CO2 = starch (sugar) + O2
Just feel free to tag me, I’m interested to know if you’ll get that mint flavor 👍😉
@JUNGLE_B4RNS,Yo will do just been sorting out a magnesium problem so I think there's a little bit of nutrient burn but I'll sort that out over the next week or 2
Nice to see another Chocolate Mint OG diary up and running on the grow diary platform 👍

@FrostRailz,hopefully my bro everything is going great so far just had to fix a little nutrient lock out due to a wandering pH level but I think we're all ready to cut a decent amount of clone give them a couple weeks to recover before being flipped into flower
@Humboldt_Seed_Organisation,cheers guys week 7 coming up now and just got a new rosin press so will upload some squish pics at the finally along with finished product
@LandoftheLongGreenCloud, I've been working on some old school Thai genetics myself. I like the old school stuff and trying to make interesting strains.
@LandoftheLongGreenCloud,
Oh, thank you for the kind words and positive feedback mate 🙏
Really pleased you are liking our CMOG and can't wait to see more of our creations in your garden in the near future 🤗
With love from Humboldt County ✌️

Team-HSO..
@Humboldt_Seed_Organisation,it's an absolutely amazing strain guys takes too cloning amazingly and the sweet minty terps coming off the flowering girls are phenomenal there's definitely room for a mother of this strain in my garden definitely going to be shopping with@Humboldt_Seed_Organisation for the rest of my life
MendoDope - Old E and Breezy are more important to the world of Cannabis than Sherbinkskis. Out there doing more for the community than most. Happy to see others see what I see. Good work on your grow!
@LandoftheLongGreenCloud, Build A Soil website has been one of the best resources out there for no till. Even that though, over complicates a simple situation.
@Humboldt_Seed_Organisation,much love Growmies definitely going to be putting some orders in 2020 nz legalisation is coming in April and I need some humbolt beans
Another steady week of growth for our CMOG 🤗
How long do you plan on vegging for my friend, Before you flip to bloom (12/12)?
Keep the updates coming buddy 👍
With love from Humboldt County ✌️

Team-HSO..
@Humboldt_Seed_Organisation,hey guys just set up the new facility really stepped the game up this time ill tag you in the next post but my plan is too put that choc mint 1 and 2 scrogged over the whole of the 1.5x1.5m tent starting from week 13 dropping too 12/12 by 14 just a little experiment too see if the extra veg encourages more growth in flower but as for number 4 she will be going outside which I'll possibly start another outdoors journel as I've got 20 cmog clones just started in the 3x3m and another 4 ready To go outside. watch this space guys I've got some big plans and a whole lot of passion
