First Clones

9-14 My bubble bomb was such a strong reliable plant I decided to try cloning her...I had no knowledge other than what I gained on the net...I think I can improve my cloning game for sure but first try I have at least two survivors...the two surviving ones I'm running an experiment with...yard dirt vs fox farms happy frog...and they have been in their medium for a week now atleast...one is still pretty yellow and I had to take some leaves off today...the other is VERY healthy lookin...if any more root ill cup them too...end game is to keep this diary going as LONG as I can and keep cloning and cloning and cloning...ANYONE who HAS CLONING EXPERIENCE I would like help and want to learn how to keep how I can keep a healthy clone library...Tips tricks and how to keep them small for long periods of time...also the dirt test is because I live in farmland/country side trying to see if there are any pros or cons from it...I have a way I filter it off to remove most the junk and bugs before hand...any photoperiod I grow that's worthy of motherhood I intend to add on to this as I grow them...I will upgrade my cloner and equip to suit my needs as we grow...I'm counting them as a week in soil and wanted to make sure i had atleast ONE survivor before i started this!!!!!

9-15...I'm gonna start on week two for these...one is super healthy one is struggling...she is a fighter though I'm rootin for her 😉...two more have started roots that have been in the cloner for 19 days...they were the lowest branches I took from the mother...im gonna let them develop roots better if they will...I have been forgetting to add hydrogen peroxide...two days ago I did and bam new roots...maybe a coincidence not surey !!!??? broke a branch today training and transferred it into cloner...its in the dead middle and is fresher lookin in pic... 9-21 we are 13 days today...two days ago I topped clone 2...her new tops are already taking off...I tried putting two out of the cloner in soil they DID NOT survive and didn't want to maintain the cloner for the one left in it...cleaned and sterilized cloner and tucked it away for now...Out of 5 I have 2 survivors...not great but for my first time cloning ill take it...and hopefully be able to improve upon it...now I will be trying to restrict and time growth of these for recloning purposes without letting them steal all the light in my grow space...

9-24 we are at 16 days today...yesterday I transferred both clones into 1 gallon pots...these girls are taking off and trying to steal the show already in my space...they are lookin healthy and one of them looks JUST LIKE her momma!!!! workin on upgrading and such in my space so bare with me I'm updating and building so you will get to see all the progress in this and my other diaries...I am feeding at 200 ppm...very lightly and about every 4 feedings...I am NOT TRYING to get these girls to take off yet...they aren't listening though... 9-27 took off discolored leaves from cloning process...gave them same nutes I waterd my autos with...light feeding for these girls though...they have both been topped once a piece so far...they are cruising in my opinion...

they seem to be runnin a little rich on nutes...I have topped both of these...a few times...im gonna clone them and then flower them after I get the space to do so...after I harvest my autos....im going to keep topping them and trying to get them to stay low...im losing the battle...hopefully I can hold off on doing a transplant for awhile...light feedings if any until I can see signs of too much fert going away...research says clones just deform a little sometimes in the process as well...either way I'm fully confident my first gen clones are doing just fine and are going to survive...im giving them this week to recover from topping...

I'm trying to let my autos take off real good...im gonna transplant/reclone/and then flower these...until then I'm just topping them as much as possible and making them stretch for the light...its working out so far I'm gonna keep them low and bushy for as long as I can...gave them a little cal/mag between feedings...seen discolored leaves turn dark green the next day...cant wait to transplant and let them really take off...I got some new fabric pots I think will be perfect for the task...just waitin for my autos to get a BIG head start...as far as my feedings ive been giving them a splash a piece of the same as what I'm giving my autos...I know its half doses but like I said I'm not trying to get them to take off yet...and though it says teaspoon per gallon I'm using a half gallon a time...with above mentioned doseages...I gave cal/mag at 450ppm as well...

10-17 mainly just on a watering schedule...im really just STILL trying to keep them healthy and low...they are having to stretch for light but its workin out good with all the topping I think...im trying to time it so that I can clone again and then flower these...im not transplanting in hopes of restricting their size for awhile...the plan is to get new lights for my closet and invest in a 2x4 or so grow tent for flowering photoperiods in and move these mars hydro 300's in there...for now I'm just trying to get the most from my space as I can...sorry about the purple pics this week guys but like I said the name of the game is just to maintain these for now...im having to water them quiet frequently in these small pots but I don't mind...if you have a spare minute feel free to check out the autos I'm growing for AUTO SEEDS as well...one is measuring 13 inches the other 13.5 inches....

week 5...defoil and trying to snitch them up...getting better light to the tops...im working on getting another tent set up...grinding on my day job to get together some funds...the sintch tie will keep them from shading my autos??(I have weird ideas/just gotta try shit sometimes)...keeping them under the deck is making them stretch hardcore...the have been topped so many times ive lost count...when I transplant and realease the snitch straps I believe they will be easy to set up into a sweet scrog were I can get good light to all the tops...I have plans for these but for now its about keeping them under control for a few more weeks...and tryin to get the cash flow to expand operations...shouldn't be long though and thanks everyone who is taggin and following along...Happy growin everyone!!!!

11-3 I started some bag seeds I had from this year...one I had labeled big mother fucker and the other purple bullshit...this is them at around a week old...I'm not trying to compete with them...I plan on cloning them(no garuntees they are female even) so they will run in this diary...im okay not competeing with my bubble bomb clones either...I have another bubble bomb seed saved to run in DOTM at some point but as stated this diary is intended to always be running in some form or another...its a good place for us new guys to discuss and share cloning tips and experiences...I only save seeds from good quality stuff...I don't know who what strain or any of that info...the BMF has been dropped and scooped off the floor...and replanted TWICE...its still alive somehow...ill get current pics of my clones and these new bag seeds up tonight......as soon as my autos are done...I will be transplanting everything in this diary...I will let them take off good...SCROG them out...clone EVERYTHING worth cloning...and then flowering all of these...thanks for looking everyone...LATER!!!

11-12 cleaned up the lower legs today on both bubble bomb clones...small dose of nutes at 750 ppm...will let them recover good and will transplant as soon as possible when my autopounder finishes up...not sure if I'm gonna keep the bag seeds I started yet...I think one maybe a male...will see how it goes and as always happy growin and thanks for lookin! 11-12 later I decided to document my cloning procedure to the best of my ability...these are small shoots I cleaned of the lower legs and figure there would be no harm in trying to clone them...I left some branches on each clone that I plan on taking a little later but thought this would be good for documentation purposes even if these don't survive...I will try to document better in the future just trying to get comfortable with it for now... 11-16 bubble bomb clones were transplanted...im using new 5 gallon fabric pots...they filled up my trellis easily...now a little training and time to let the roots take of in their new soil for a bit before flowering them...

its saying two weeks ago was my last update...don't know if I lost a week or its wrong so here is week 10...bubble bomb have been in a SCROG for a week and clones in the cloner were put in there at the same time...in 7 days my original clones have takin off and the new clones in my cloner have roots...they didn't yellow or anything so far and maybe a far better batch of clones than my first...a few of them totally collapsed and stood back up a couple times (I forgot to sprinkle them with water a few days) which I normally do twice...once in am once in pm...im training them down and getting the middle and lower branches to stretch as much as possible...im going to push these to the max and maybe run another trellis...I tried just giving them water at ph 6.0 but I got a deficiency of some sort...I gave them a shot of cal mag...then a watering and then started nutes back up today...the main stems and such are thickening up right now...I took pics of the problem areas and if I need to do somethin more to help them recover let me know...happy growing everyone!!! o and the bagseeds have been narrowed down...one was a male...it got the axe...the other I topped and it grew two new and one back out of were I cut it...it looks pretty wicked I hope shes a girl!!!

12-1 bubble bomb clones are taking off...the main stems are getting bigger by the day...I kind of have a plan here just bear with me...the bag seed is saying its a fem...has a little frost already...I have no clue what she is only had one seed and I labeled it big mother fucker...BMF...im working on getting this photo grow to switch to 12/12 and as soon as I get my sucker punch finished up I will have half a space open....im gonna try to flower all these girls and my crown royale at once...its gonna work out I'm just waiting on the mail man...stay tuned and as always happy growing!!!

12-15 don't know were my updates went...here is week 12...I killed the bagseed...she started flowering and I have a feeling she got too stressed after being dropped and replanted twice...im not too sad about it,,,these clones are getting HUGE and I have a Crop King strain in here with them so I needed the space...the game plan is double trellis atleast for these...they were a little damaged getting something cool in place for the xmas deal on here but they have recoverd...I can defoil these girls twice a week and it doesn't slow them...so that's were we are and I'm still gaining ground...up until now these girls have been getting blasted by a single mars hydro 300...things have changed and I will get this and crown royale updated today to be current on my diaries...here is the week that's missing though...

12-19 they have been under a bestva 800w for the last 3 days...growth seems to have accelerated some...I am getting near the end of veg and will start flowering soon...cal/mag was givin yesterday...a few more heavy feedings to go before the 12/12 switch...thanks for stopping by...

12-8 stretching.....canopy is really starting to even out and get taller...one more week maybe two before I switch to flower...will be doing a defoil this week...losing anything that looks like its going to be dead weight...I want her to put everything topside..debating a second SCROG...I have another plant with these I'm letting catch up...it jut hit the trellis yesterday so traniing will begin and when she is ready I will make the switch...im stoked to see if the extra veg time pays off and to see the difference in photo period growing too...

1-6 I am fighting extreme cold conditions outside...using a space heater to get temps up and its crashing my RH...I am hooking up my timer and such the rest of the week and getting ready to start flowering...

I missed a week of updates...temps are all over the place in my area...it can be -20 one day and 40 degrees the next...LED's not putting off heat may have a downside in the winter...im doing what I can to keep everything stable and in check...tomorrow will be the 12/12 switch...right now I'm at 3 foot tall on the nose...this will be close to a half of a year indoor grow by its end...im just trying to see what extra veg time does in the end these are my first indoor photos so ive gatherd a lot of usefull info from this grow...I hope the extra time patience and TLC pays off!!!
