Immersed in tap water and Bigfoot solution at 1/4tsp per gallon for 24 hours. Planted directly into the 3 gallon pot, with promix HP soil. It sprouted in 2 days.
Miss Tyrone is growing nicely. Not as far along as her sister Ripley, who is a day older, but that's what I expected. The Tyrones don't get as big. She's doing better than my last run, and that's my current yardstick by which I'm measuring success. I've started light feeding with Fox Farms Grow Big and Big Bloom, which I started too late last time.
Miss Tyrone is 3 inches, and is putting out its 6th node. I gave her 1tsp per gallon of Bigfoot root stimulator. Roots are sticking out the bottom of the pot. I feel like this one is a bit farther along than the last. Hopefully that’s not just wishful thinking. 😉
She’s started to flower, the last couple days of the week. The side branches have begun to stretch out, and I’ve been gently tucking leaves to aid in their endeavor. When they’re a bit longer, I shall tie them down. There is very little smell at this point, unlike the Ripley. But that’ll change soon. The other two I grew before were slightly diffferent in characteristics, but they both shared one: they could smell up a whole house in the blink of an eye.
I added Tiger Bloom to her food a day ago.
Flowering and stretching. No feeding problems. No nute burn. The side branches are tied down. She’s considerably bushier and 1 inch taller than last grow. There’s a normal sweet flower smell, but you don’t notice it next to the Ripley.
I’m very pleased.
She’s packing on more pistils, and some are starting to darken slightly.
I don’t know that she’s going to get much taller. That said, she would still put out more than last time.
So I remain optimistic.
Frosting and bulking up. What more can I say? Other than that she smells awesome! I’ve been pulling off one leaf per day, to open up her structure. Not much was needed though.
Flushed with Sledgehammer. Nothing but water now. I’ve got some amber trichomes showing up. A bagseed Gorilla Glue hermied in my tent, resulting in some unplanned pregnancies. But this baby is almost done, so I’m not worried. There are a couple visible seeds growing only. I’ll let her go another week maybe.
I’ve given her nothing but water all week. Like her Ripley sister, her trichomes are milky with about 10% amber. So I’ll split the stem and harvest by Friday.
@@Tryhard, Thank you. It’s mainly autos I’m having a learning curve with. I have a 40” RQS Amnesia x OG that is awesome. My next go will be all photoperiod strains. Less than a month until I start them. I think my favorite time is the 1st month after sprouting. I love to see them grow from tiny seeds to big bushy plants.
@Archiweedies, I've begun using a root stimulator this time around, and I'll start light feeding earlier. Maybe get closer to that extra foot of height they can reach. I also planted directly into the final pot. Hopefully those changes should yield better results.
I’m just at week 5 I know what you mean and I have been having problems with auto I pulled 4 diarys down of growdiaries that we’re harvested on here i weren’t happy with them but i love my photoperiod plants so much easier less affected by nutes and stuff I look forward to seeing you do a phot if she looks like this

Total bummer that you had a hermie but I am glad to see that she is still looking as beautiful as ever! You are going to have some nice bud after it’s all cut and cured. I’ll be stopping by to check out her progress and for the harvest report
@DeepRoot3d, I’m just glad it happened so late. That’s what I get for trying out a seed from dispensary GG#4. I figured the seeds might carry a hermie gene Most are coming down in the next week or so. But the Amnesia OG I have got a blast of pollen on the lower branches, and it’s still got anywhere from 2-3 weeks left. But it’s just for me and a few friends, so I’m not bothered. Lesson learned on seedy weed. 😄. My next batch is all vetted genetics.
