Ultra lemon haze & Purple Punch

NewbieDoobies In week 5 together been growing side by side as apparently this auto ultra lemon haze likes 12/12 during flower like my purple punch so why not, purple punch responded well to topping flowering it’s branches nicely first time topping so seeing how it goes, just experimenting and gaining experience at this point, got a few babies vegging for when these two come out

NewbieDoobies Ultra lemon haze growing beautifully smells very strong, purple punch a bit wilted as I forgot to water her but she’s bouncing back nicely

NewbieDoobies Purple punch getting there nicely no issues very big shade leaves were taken off as they seemed too big for the plant which I’ve never seen before, ultra Lemon Haze best smelling and strongest smelling by far not long til harvest for her can’t wait

NewbieDoobies She smells so sweet and citrusy it makes my mouth water whenever I check her, I think she’s not got long to go, every bud is nice and big by my standards grown with no issues throughout just in flush now to get ready for harvest time. Patience is key

NewbieDoobies Won’t let me do harvest for the ultra lemon haze yet but she’s chopped and drying will try to update as harvest when it works

NewbieDoobies Buds are the biggest I’ve produced so far yield isn’t spectacular but I’m still learning the smell is really strong of sweet citrus & lemon smelliest strain I’ve done yet crystallised to death dripping in resin thanks to ADV nutes, loved growing this and smoking it will definitely be one to do again

NewbieDoobies Canopy becoming nice and even flowers getting larger daily starting to get its proper smell off rather musky aroma

NewbieDoobies Going to start with just water from this week buds are almost there very happy with this barneys strain had no issues first time topping a plant so nice sized buds will focus on yield with future grows, topped the purple punch again letting the bottom buds get their growth in very nice large nugs

NewbieDoobies Done part harvest so far all top buds off now quite large in size very sticky and dense, letting the bottom ones finish up now then last harvest 👀

NewbieDoobies Very happy with this first time topping and got some hefty sized tight boulder nugs just drying now smells strong and musky with a hint of green apple, tried a tested and I slept for 16 hours very heavy hitter I did have a hard days work before hand though, buds stayed nice and tight after drying grinds up beautifull cured for a week tastes STRONG definitely dominant in GDP I hadn’t smoked in a while had my test of this and slept for 14 hours solid 🥊
