Turned the lights out this morning and sealed up the tent. I will upload a pic after light come back on. Week 7 Day 1. I do have a #3 that I have failed to mention as it is far far behind.
#1 looks the best by far. I still think #2 will hold its own as it has a very solid trunk.
There last bit of light before 24 hr darkness!

Hoping to see a great stretch over the next few days. I will be sure to document the day to day progress this week! I am on week 7 Day 1 and starting it out with 24 hrs of total darkness. I will turn the lights back on in the morning, set my new light schedule, and feed these thirsty girls an hour or so after they wake with some freshly mixed nutrients! I need to be sure to better my set up for next grow to accommodate for clones!
Update:
I awoke these girls after 24 Hr of dark to find some strong yellowing of leaves. I am almost positive it has to do with the sever temp drop I had. Got as low as 62 over night for a few hrs at least. I will check on them again later today.
Hi RB, You might find it worth your while to explore lower light settings with your next grow. Your plants are miniaturizing because of too much light. Just trying to help.
@Mr_Positivo,
Thanks SOLO, Appreciate all the tips and comments. I have seen a lot of growth in the last 3 days. I have a few new tops emerging every couple days as well.
@TheRealBBrown, Always when you undertake a substantial leaf trim , the plants perk up and the leaves prey. This may not be a function of the light location as you suggest. The other thing you may observe is the plants growth rate slowing down. This is hard to accept as a good thing but infact is more likely to ensure a better result than forcing your plants to mature too quickly via the max light and max nutes route.
Grab yourself a PAR meter if you want to calibrate your light. This is what the pros use to measure light intensity. PAR is for plants, Lux is for people, so they say. As an aside, LED's limited spectrum makes them appear to much dimmer than you would expect them to be when calibrated to the correct level. This is because LED light is PAR light, and does not include a broader range of the spectrum like white light fixtures.
Anyway, keep your plants praying, this is key. Adjust your light and nute, watering schedule accordingly. And grow many more leaves before you flip to ensure the best bud development. Keep up your good work, bro Cheers, and oh, Mum says, don't forget to do your laundry.!!
@Mr_Positivo,
I tried my lights higher in the tent and it seemed to have an adverse reaction. I have trimmed off some of my larger leaves that were draining my energy, put my lights at a distance that I am now getting 17,000 lux (about 22”) and they are perked back up reaching for light.
@@Tryhard,
I am running 2 GalxyHydro 300W LED in a 4x4x6.5' tent. I also have enough air flow to refresh my room every 30 sec if needed. I will post some pics of the set up a little later.
@Irishvirus,
They most certainly do! Between the 3, I have 2 totally different outcomes. Lady 1 &3 both have a sweet citrus smell to them and #2 smells like the back side of a skunk!
@Irishvirus,
Thanks man, I was really concerned that these ladies would never take off. But the last few days I have seen visible growth day to day. I will start my flush about mid way through this week! Can't wait to smoke on this, well these, they are coming in like 2 different strains at this point.
good job here...I am growing some crop king too...their Crown Royale I believe its a kush cross...this is a good solid complete diary...your doing a good job here and always remember that if your tracking your grow and if you feel you can improve or grow a strain better you have put in work and logged the information to refrence and make improvements next time around...AND your helping others as well that may want to grow the same strain...your doing awesome here buddy and I def see you headed in the correct direction!!!
👌
@Sillyasswhitedude,
Thanks for the positive reinforcement! There for a couple of weeks I was worried I would have a small yield, but going into this week , my doubt is gone! This is my first go with Crop King and I really don't know what to think... yet, lol. These three are growing as if they are 2 totally different strains! Still have a couple of weeks as my tri's are still 100% clear.
well with this strain, I would probably veg 9 or 10 weeks, I would top sooner and probably a soil less grow medium. And definitely a light with a better footprint
So Saturday will mark week 7 and these girls now look ready to flower. My plan is to leave my lights on Friday for 24 Hours (Off Saturday Morning at 8am), then off for 24 Hours and back on for the 12/12 cycle on Sunday Morning @ 8 am. I will get some better Pictures of the ladies tonight. Cant wait to watch these stretch!
