Continued new bud sites proping up everywhere. They seemed quite spread out at this time. Plant is still quite bushy. No nutrients added, I started watering once or twice a week combined with rainfall. I cut away any unpromising lower bud sites at this point under the assumption it would help the plant focus on the more prominent stronger branched sites coming in. Almost every knuckle on the inside of the canopy was cut off with some fan leaves. In hindsight I would've left a few more on the thicker branches like likely would've sprouted into some decent buds.
Best treatment for combating white powdery mildew at first sign of it? I used a non toxic sulfur spray with some defoliation of the more prominent leaves, especially any close to a bud site. It helped keep it at bay but had to be reapplied weekly and still fighting it daily.
Looks like your close to harvest. If the Milk cure doesn't do the job you can use 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar to 1 quart of water and spray her early in the morning before the sun is shining on her to prevent any leaf burn. This is the more extreme treatment of the two. Hope this helps👍
A lot of growers are having issues with morning dew sitting on their plants because of the cooler temperatures. You can drive a few stakes to support and try to cover her with a lightweight frost blanket to keep her dry at night.
@Philindicus, yeah we are having real humid fall here and then nighttime temp fall hard. Good call might try that. The white wash may be working I noticed significantly less wpm today, sprayed again for good measure
@@Removed, hey I havnt weighed the haul yet its up drying still. I didn't have a scale yet to weight it wet.
The smoke from the small branch that broke off I dried and smoked without a cure and it was good, not harsh, energetic high
