@DabCrab,hey , well i’m doing some research to get a better light. I don’t grow that long so i’m fiarly new at this. I’m just in my 4th grow. Used a hps 400w before and the latest grow is under a viparspectra 600w . But i want better light so i was reserarching and read lot’s of articles about lights par’s and spectrums led for cob’s. But just recently i found that Quantum boards is the newest thing and looks very promising . Also learned a lot from you guy’s what the masters use so after doing all my research i have 1 light in mind for every kind of technology on the market. So for led : Telos 0008 Cob’s : Optic 4 Quantum board: Hlg 300 All priced arround 500€ or $ depending where you guy’s are from.

@GardenOfHerbs, OOOOHHH Lights. That Telos is dank..... Puts out serious PPFD. I've seen professional operations using them. They are a bit pricey but what the heart wants is what the heart wants. There are other options that are better and worse than that light so you wouldn't be going in the wrong direction by picking one up. They are pretty cool engineering. If I wasn't hooked on COBs for the rest of my life I'd have one of these. Only other thing on the market I think competes with HPS besides COBs.
