Were now a couple days into week 2. Not much growth to report but the roots have hit the res and thats when a dwc grow only really begins. I have kept the feed strength the same and ph is stable. Shes still under a 50w cob at 16 inches. Will maybe break out the GN telos 0006 or hps if temps get much lower.

Now a couple days into week 3. Feeds have been raised slightly. Also added shogun calmag and managed to find some sm-90 from nutrilife. Its a great product for keeping a sterile res and keeping pests and plythium at bay. Growth might be slightly behind what i would like to see, but i have seitched out the autocob for a hps its dimmed to 250w for now. This has helped temps rise during the recent cold snap too.

Og candy dawg auto is now 25 days from seed. The roots are really starting to thicken up and drink a noticeable amount. The ppms and ph are staying stable so my feed is ok. Shes been showing sex for a couple days now and the hps is still dimmed to 250w. Not much else to report

Og candy dawg auto is now 31 days from seed. Fresh res made with higher dose of calmag and base nutes. Im aiming to keep an even canopy and keep her low as im height restricted. I also plan to lollypop to minimize secondary and popcorn buds. 6 hours after some lst and supercropping shes reaching for the lights again.

Og candy dawg auto is now 38 days from seed. Fresh res made with a 'transition' feeding of equal amounts of micro grow and bloom. Also added carboload to the feed this week. Shes getting very bushy but anything that shoots up gets bent straight back over. Shes back under the 50w cob as i needed the hps for another wilma grow. I have seen grows where 1 plant yeilds well under a single cob but i dont have much faith personally. Lets see how it plays out

Og candy dawg auto is into week 7. She has got super bushy and has a load of bud sites.... But i would rather have 8-10 good chunky colas rather than 50 small bud sites. The trimming kills me. So i experimented... I have never defoliated an auto this severely before, i really massacred her. Probably stripped about 60% I know its a risk and i might have stressed her to the point of hermie but im curious as to how much abuse she can take. We will see in next weeks update if there is one

Were on day 52 from seed now. She seems to have taken the heavy defoliation well enough. Shes started to put some energy into pre flowers she could well be a 90+day auto. Still under just a 50w cob. Not sure if i should bring out the telos 0006 to flower he under or just sit back and see how much she can yeild with only 50 watts of light. Until next week

Were on day 58 now and shes really starting to drink a lot now. Filling a 20 litre bucket into the res every 2nd day now. Grow has been removed from the feed mix (just micro and bloom for base) Pk booster upped slightly too. Just sitting back now and letting her build those buds out... Well hopefully anyway. Just keeping her res full, adjusting ph and letting her do her thing really. Cut out silica and calmag from the feed pushing the carboload and pk right now. I think she will go another 2 or 3 weeks longer judging by pistols and bud structure.

This strain has been an easy one to grow. The end result is pretty decent 7/10 for me. This grow was a bit of an experiment using only a 50w cob final yeild was 140 grams so not bad. But i wouldnt try it again. Really should be hitting at least 8-10oz with autos in dwc.
