Can be heat stress
JUNGLE_B4RNS
JUNGLE_B4RNScommented7 years ago
@Mr_Di, yes it does look like a heat stress. I have stopped on this diary but as it is just one leave on one plant it could probably be just a lil variation in the environment. Nothing to be worried about if it stops.

@SamiGreen87, Hi mate! See VDP chart of @JUNGLE_B4RNS. When problem is hot temp you can see all blade of leaf curling up, like blunt! In this case i think is VDP or wrong air flow on her...finger crossed for you!!

SamiGreen87commented7 years ago
@Tonino, yea that’s what I thought. I guess I know distance now.
JUNGLE_B4RNS
JUNGLE_B4RNScommentedweek 57 years ago
Topping them another time, or not, depends on how long you want to Veg them.
SamiGreen87
SamiGreen87commented7 years ago
I have about 7ft to work with. I’m getting a 600w hps. How much distance do you think I need?
JUNGLE_B4RNS
JUNGLE_B4RNScommented7 years ago
@SamiGreen87,when the plants gets to a certain size. Usually you end Veg when your plants are half size than you would like them to be at the end of flowering. Technically you end Veg when your room/tent is half full, as they grow twice in size when they stretch. Just imagine how they would look like if they were twice bigger, most important thing is, would you have enough space between your lights and the top of the plants 😉
SamiGreen87
SamiGreen87commented7 years ago
@JUNGLE_B4RNS, how do you personally determine the end of the veg phase? Is it time or when the plants gets to certain size?

It looks like you have over watered this plant.. also 700ppm is very high at this point.. 150-300 is all she needs currently.. Is this your only plant? It is under a 400w MH now? If so that light should be 40-50" away probabally.. She is going to have to recover.. expect 10-14 days for that your gonna have to be pacient.. My guess... too much water or watering to often, and too much light.. Back off both and be pacient Hope this helps

SamiGreen87commented7 years ago
@JUNGLE_B4RNS, it’s all good.
JUNGLE_B4RNS
JUNGLE_B4RNScommented7 years ago
@Fun_Growin,700ppm in total with tap water included at around 300-400 ppm , It makes around 300-400ppm of nutrients . Sorry my bad 🤗
Fun_Growin
Fun_Growincommented7 years ago
@SamiGreen87, Glad to hear, now measure the distance weekly and document that Also get a weekly canopy shot so you can start to relate total canopy size to how close/far or what light you need. Also, just cut off that sick growth in the bottom... your never gonna use it anyway and it's gonna attract bugs

Yea I will. I'll probably transplant that one to a same size pot as the others. I'm gonna transplant all of them within the next 2 weeks.

JUNGLE_B4RNScommentedweek 27 years ago
The yellowing is Nitrogen deficiency, you can slightly increase nutrients, it shall fix the problem.
JUNGLE_B4RNS
JUNGLE_B4RNScommented7 years ago
@SamiGreen87, 1 feed every 2-3 watering, water when the pots is light . Carefull with over watering !
SamiGreen87
SamiGreen87commented7 years ago
@JUNGLE_B4RNS, is that just one feeding or do I stay with 700 Ppms?
JUNGLE_B4RNS
JUNGLE_B4RNScommented7 years ago
@SamiGreen87, slightly more , maybe 10ml/gal depending on manufacturer recommandations , around 700 800 ppm's in total shall be enought .

JUNGLE_B4RNScommentedweek 67 years ago
So it continues... 🤔 What light are you using ? How far is it from the plant ? Not really sure it’s a light heat stress , it happens on the top leaves usually. It would be great if you could tell what is the amount of ppm/EC from the drain , and pH level ?
JUNGLE_B4RNS
JUNGLE_B4RNScommented7 years ago
@SamiGreen87, 30 inches is good. Let see if it stops. Too much light can be harmful for your plants.
SamiGreen87
SamiGreen87commented7 years ago
@JUNGLE_B4RNS, The distance was 30 inches from the plant. I tried putting the light closer to see if the plant react positively. They didn’t. After a week I noticed some discoloration on the leaves. I put it back to 30 inches. I’m just gonna stick to that distance.

Your pic that your tring to figure out "what this is" Partly looks like some overwatering.. the bent up leaf.....???? Who knows... general shock?? Just keep your hands off her and let her settle in and get your dry/water time down she will bounce back The plants are looking much much better today 👍🏻
