A good week so far , the plants are improving after over watering them. The back two have been placed into autopots last week, them seem to be growing much more vigerously than the two hand watered plants at the front . We are now at day 10 of flowering and the Caffee Latte was a male so I have taken her out of that tent. The light seems great so far , very bright and penetration seems good.
All good this week , received the EasyGrow S600 FullSpec on Monday to test. The light also has an additional WiFi controller, so I can dim the light and also check on the app. my temperature humidity and set the timer.Really happy to try it out as I wanted to reduce my electricity costs and this light has great numbers on paper , I will be so happy if it really is a viable replacement for a 600w hps. I was previously using a 315w CMH Lumatek
I have planted the three seedlings around a week ago. Chocolate rain ( Chocolope X Cocoa Kush) is from Eskobar Seeds , the Double Gorilla ( GH4 X biker kush crossed with GG4 X Cookie ) and Sour Gorilla Kush ( GG4 X Biker Kush X Sour D) come from Island Seeds.
I just repotted the OB Ripper and Old school as these have been under a cheap 45w led panel for 5 weeks. Soil is Bio Bizz light mix.
Root Porn is from the old school, the ob ripper is a bigger plant with smaller roots.
They have just been fed organic Bac grow feed.
Still had just one feed of BAC Organic grow feed. I have just set up the 120/120/180 tent , and will add the fan , extractor, carbon filter and dehumidifier tomorrow. The plan is also to repot the three babies into seven litre pots , and the old school and in ripper into some autopots a friend gave me to try.
Not happy with how the OB ripper is looking, if she does not improve I will replace he with a lava freeze from a friend. The rest are coming along fine. I have top dressed them with greenhouse biogrow and have reduced the amount of water they get , as have been over watering I think. New to led so will take a little adjustment. I am very happy with how the light is performing. The three at the front grown only under the S600 spec last ok really healthy and have fat stems with tight internodes.
I decided to give up with the OB ripper I have tried to get her looking better but failed. So I have been donated a Caffe Latte from Old Dutch Genetics. Other than that I have been doing a little LST and topped some more tops. Just had pH water as I too dressed all the plants with Bio Grow from Greenhouse Powder feeding. The small girls have really tight internodes and fat stems. So I am very happy with the performance of the Easy Grow EU S600 full spec so far.
Not a great week a couple of the plants are recovering from overwatering, I think it's down to the temperature being to low , leaving the roots bogged down in water. So why have foliar fed the plants with Greenhouse feed foliar feed , and have increased the temperature by two degrees. I am happy with the development , internodes are tight and the plants look strong . So I am very happy with the light so far. Just a few things to learn for next time , being a novice led grower.
Very easy strain to grow yields well as has some cheese in the cross. Flavour is sweet with cheese with an old school earthy twist from the black Domina

Very happy with the progress this week, especially the autopots containing the old school and Chocolate rain. The two hand watered Island Seeds are looking healthier and happy. The pictures are taken day 18/19 of flowering. I have added Greenhouse powderfeed PK booster today , 3 grams per 10 litres of water. This has pushed the PPM up to 745 and the PH on my yap water 7.5 down to 6.10 always drops a little once the Pk booster added, from 6.4.
Apart from that I have been doing a little defoliation to get maximum light to that bud sites, although the penetration on the S600 full spec is looking great. I'm no expert but it looks a lot brighter on full power than any of my HPS or CMH lights I have used in the past six years.
Very happy with the Sour gorilla. Buds are rock hard and smell sweet and a little gassy. The flavour when smoking has more sour and gives you the lip smacks.
Pretty much plain sailing this week , girls are stacking hard , resin production is well under way. I have done a little defoliation this week to ensure all the buds are getting light. I have also increased the feed slightly fit the Choc Rain and Old School as they both look hungry in their autopots.
Not a lot to say again this week , all I have done is increased the ok booster from 3g per 10 litres to 5g per 10 litres. Loving the day they are stacking under the easygrow led an the two in the back in the autopots are stacking super fast, really love the autopots.
The old school is looking a little over fed and the Chocolate Rain perfect for me. This is the only downside from the autopots as both plants are putting on weight fast. I have adjusted the PK booster the plants get 5g per 10 litre and 10g of short flower feed . The front two from island seedbank are just being hand fed as I only have two autopots. These are both really frosty especially the double gorilla. These photos were taken today on day 41 of flower, as soon as the autopot tank is empty I will replace it with pH adjusted water. As I like 3 weeks of just water to help flush out and use up the nutrients left in the soil.
Day 48
The old school is still looking a little rough , it is now pushing out its final white hairs , it has a good resin production, the aroma to me is cherry tunes cough sweets. The Choc Rain is looking really lush and healthy , stacking buds everywhere , which are ripening fast, the aroma is more fruity than chocolate at the moment.
Both three plants were switched to water at day 42 and will remain on that till the end know. Water PH'd to 6.3.
The double gorilla has a really nice gluey , floral aroma. It's just starting it's mass gain stage of flowering , a little behind the Sour Gorilla . Both received their last feed today, these two are the best resin producers in the tent especially the DG which is really greasy.
I have been in today and cleared out any dead leaves, defoliated some tops to enable more light to get to the lower buds.
Any questions ask away. If not I'll be back same time next week.
Day 55 The plants are starting to flush out nicely , especially the Old School , this has 95% cloudy trichomes so will be harvested as soon as the first amber trichomes arrive. The buds are very solid and it has a sweet smell from the cheese with a hint of fruit.
The Sour Gorilla Kush is also starting to fade , but I believe it will take another 2 weeks. Smell is gorilla glue with some citrus notes. Not picking up much sour yet. The buds are nice and fat and like golf balls. Think she may have a slight Calmag deficiency.
The Double Gorilla is the furthest from finishing , But is a lovely colour and the smaller hard buds smell of lavender / flowers and sickly sweet , it is also the greasiest plant with slimey resin.
Finally my favourite , this plant went crazy once it hit the autopots , staking from the bottom to the top. Has a fruity smell with a dairy hint. Also a great resin producer, but smaller resin heads.
The plants have been on water since day 48.
I am really happy with how the light is performing , I would say it can produce yield to compare to a 600 hps as advertised , would happily recommend the Easy Grow 600 full spec.
Still flushing away , getting close to the end . The Old school I harvested at day 60, day 62 today, the terps are cheesy sweet candy. The aromas are wonderful and the smell hits you as soon as you open the tent. The SGK has suffered a little from a late bug attack and a little calmag deficiency, has sweet and sour aroma and above average resin production. The Double Gorilla looks quite similar , but has white pistols instead of yellow and the buds are slightly smaller , but much more frosty. The Chocolate Rain is a real complex terp. Some time fruity milkshake and other times it smells of a spicy Chocolope. Should be the last week for the three remaining girls.
Plain sailing this week day 69, the spider mites have not spread from the sour gorilla Kush luckily. , When they attacked week 8 I did not want to spray my plants. I don't think the plants will be around much longer as they are 98% ready. Just water this week and the plants are fading nicely.
If any one is looking at buying an easygroweu led use GROWERGAZ for 5% off
The plants have been hanging in large cardboard boxes on strings for two weeks, the room was around 15c as i like a slow drying process. I will give them a final trim before they hit the jars
Hey mate I am under the same lamp as you, I can just say that this lamp does wonders and I wait to see the final, a yield of 2 - 2.5 w / m2 is great. And at the economy level there is no better than the S600 full spec, adjustable intensity and all noted on your phone. I wish you good luck and good harvest for the future. See you soon buddy
Thanks for the positive comments Djesus , I hope this light is as good as it says it is. Half a kg yield would be nice. So far I am happy with its performance in veg.
