Long Time Coming

Here we go. This has been a long time coming. I have not had the pleasure of growing a blueberry strain in some time now. The good people over at Spliff seeds gave me the chance to throw it in rotation, so I jumped at the chance. Big thanks to Spliff ..... The seeds in water at the moment for the next 12 hours until she drops and then into a paper towel till she cracks. She will be veged in a 1 gallon of mother earth's 70/30 coco perlite and Aurora Innovation Soul nute line.

She is now in her 1 gallon. Mother earth 70/30 coco/perlite mix. Gave a little dose of nuts because the mix has nothing in it. I'm running Aurora Innovations soal line. 5 Diods burned out on my veg light a a couple days ago. Luckily I have a back up light that I used for flower that has more blue in its spectral footprint and higher wattage( acual 180w). It adds a little extra heat in the tent as well

She is coming along. She has a sister plant with her now, which is Holy smoke seeds strawberry cane that I am not doing a diary on. She has good growth and vigor , no issues or deficancys. Seems to like the light. No burning, it is a bit warm in the tent at 81°F. She should be ok for the time being with the heat. I do have the fan on the light to help dissipate some of the heat along with no filter on the fan so no exhaust restrictions.

Start of week 4 and she is coming along. She has the fat indica style leaves going on. Vegging for a nother 3 weeks, going to start her mainline training at the end of this week . She will be main lined to 8 main colas. Bo issues or deficancys.

She is growing well. No issues or deficancys. Very sturdy plant, thick branches and foliage. I left a set of branches on her for a couple day to help speed up her recovery. I took the last 2 bottom branches and started her bending to start the mainline. I will be topping her again in a couple days.

Start to week 6 of veg and she is growing well. Strong, thick branches, phat indica leaves. I will be topping her to the final 8 tops this week. She still had some growing to do prior to the topping. Once topped, I will grow her an additional 2 weeks to stretch her a bit, indicas dont tend to streach more than 100% so I'm trying to get the most out of her. No issues or deficancys.

So coming into week 7 and she is healthy. I did a light defoliation of the big water leaves. She is streaching out well. I'm going to let her veg for 1 more week and then to flower with her. The main exhaust fan on my flower tent blew one of the coils in the motor so I have to get a replacement fan some time this week. She will be transplanted to her final 5 gallon pot on xmas day and then I'll let her acclimate for 5 days prior to flower.

Christmas day I started her on her flower cycle. She was getting too thirst for a 1 gallon pot and I got my new exhaust fan today, so when in Rome. I'm still streaching her out a bit. I will br putting up some bamboo poles for guidance later on. She is topped out to 8 main colas. I will be chopping off her lower side branches in a couple days, I want to wait till the transplant shock is gone before I start cutting branches off. She is in a 5 gallon now, up from her 1 gallon veg pot. She will have more than enough room to streach her legs.

Got her bushed out well. She is starting to streach a little coming into week 2 of flower. Super healthy, I opened up the center to help the other branches get some light. Interested in how much I can get out of her in the end. I gave her a inoculation of some URB and a touch of nutes. This week. It seems she is drinking up whatever I give her within 3 days. Super healthy and sturdy plant, an attribute to the Indica genetics along with good breeding.

Dont be scared of the bush...🤣🤣...She is a nice multi topped bush. The inner nodes have good light coverage and growing in well from the pruning I did last week. She just started to make a run on her pre flowers and her streach has started to slow. She is a beautiful plant thus far. I will be finishing up the last of her pruning this week to not further stress her. I dropped the Grow nute from the regimen this week to help lower the amount of N she is intakeing. I am still using the Grow-N for a nother week to keep her vitals going strong. I have the light with the bloom booster setting on. I will keep it on till around week 6. It gets warm in the tent when the booster is switched on (80°F)on (77°F)off. I will also be releasing her tie downs this week. No issues or deficancys.

She is shaping up to be a beast of a plant. She has filled out all areas she possibly can. All of her pruning is done now it's just feeding and waiting. She has nice small internodal spacing. No smell as of yet besides the cannabis plant smell. I'm using 10ml/Gallon of URB organics every 3rd feed or when I water her. I'm doing a feeding regimen split into 2 separate batches at the same time but PH is the same. One is classic bloom regimen then followed by a light ppm bloom booster and amino/enzyme inoculate. So far these girls have been doing well with the schedule. It is a little unconventional but it's working.

Week 5 of flower here we come. Her aroma is coming along, she definatly has a pungent aroma mixed with some strong kush. Not sweet or fruity, much more earthy. She is bud laden, bud sights everywere. Flowering is at a steady pace and she is drinking up a gallon of fluids every 2-3 days. I put a couple of bamboo sticks up, a couple of branches are getting the lean on. Beautiful plant thus far, no issues or deficancys. Till next week, happy growing..

She is frosting up well. Slowly chunking up. Still no berry smell, she does smell like some dank kush though... No deficancys as of yet, but I am still feeding her nutes until next week, she is looking like she will be done in week 10..Going to give her a low dose of nutes next week and start her flush in week 8. None of her stigmas have changed color and she hasn't pulled any nutes from her leaves. She is still super green.

On to week7, she is starting to chunk up more over the past couple days. Must be she is going to put on all her weight at the end of her cycle. I started on her final nutrient regimens with a ppm of under 250. She is only getting PK boosters for the next 2 weeks and then onto her flush for 10 day. So close but yet so far away. She is starting to pull nutes from her older water leaves and her stigmas are starting to turn so exciting things are abound. She still spells like earthy kush mixed with skunk. Not sweet or berry like at all. No issues or deficancys that are not intended.

She is now on to her flush cycle. She is also getting her stink on, still no berry smell, super strong kush smell, most likely its Northern Lights special lineage. Non the less the fragrance is very pleasing. He stigmas have started to go full on orange, but her trichomes are still clear and milky, with no Amber's yet. No issues or deficancys

She is close, another 10 days and I think she will be ready. She is on day 65 of flower and still seems to be primarily clear and milky with very few Amber's that are only on the leafs. She is being flushed and you can tell by her getting her fade on. The smell is unreal, with a super heavy kushy smell along with a slight piney/mint undertone. Her color is green even though I dropped the night time temp in the tent down on the mid-hi 60s. She is starting to pull at her N and P stores pretty heavily wich is intended due to the flush and only water. No issues at all, very hardy plant and has been pretty easy to grow.

She grew well with no hiccups or issues with deficancys. The aroma is much more like kush than blueberry, but I feel like it was the pheno. Non the less the aroma was amazing. Trichome coverage and density are good as well. Has a particular flavor on the exhale that I cant pinpoint but tast awsome, kinda reminds me of mint and pine mixed together but sweet. She grew like a champ and handles mid range ppm/EC with out issues. Stretches to around 150% and needs support come week 5 of flower especially if you let the lower nodes grow out. Took her to day 67 of flower before the chop. Could of went to 70 but her sister plant was ready and she had good amber coverage so I went with the flow. Ended at 35 grams dried weight and 11 grams of trim that will be turned into Cookies or somthing edible. She had the potential to get more weight if i took the lower bodes off more and the center branches as well but i wanted to see were she would go if i bushed her out. Overall awsome strain that i would recommend to beginning growers for ease of growing and for experienced growers for somthing different than the usual in the garden. Hits slow and hard with a long lasting relaxing buzz that kills pain and creates a feeling of serenity.
