MAGNUM auto - by Buddha Seeds

Pot_Portraits Welcome everyone, a new diary with another Buddha Seeds strain, this time Magnum. Magnum is a strain that should get big, so I put it only in a 11 L pot for this run, wan't to keep it "small" and run it next to other strains in one tent. I'm going to veg it for a week or so under 150w cfl then continue under 400 watt hps, so far she only gets root juice with ph'd water, thats it. For nutrients I will go with Bio Bizz as always for my soil grows.

Pot_Portraits Week 2, everything seems normal, plant grows steady, stretched a bit. Added a bit of fish mix for now, will change over to grow later on. Root juice still at the same level.

Pot_Portraits Week 3, the Magnum has put on quite a bit of size, looks like a proper plant now. I increased the fish mix slightly and just gonna continue with this mixture for now. Later on I will change from Fish Mix to Grow as the feeding amounts increase. I let her grow a bit taller before I start training her.

Pot_Portraits Week 4, I start to see that this one should be a big plant. She really starts taking off now. I adjusted the training today and fed her once again, lets see how the stretch will go as soon as she goes into flower. So far everything seems perfect.

Pot_Portraits Week 5 for the Magnum auto, I re adjusted the training today including some selective defoliation as always. Looks very strong and she grows quick, i'm pretty sure she will start flowering in the next few days, will be interesting to see the stretch of this plant.

Pot_Portraits Week 6, the Magnum started flowering now, I feed the same formula just added Bio Bloom. I adjust the training every 2-3 days, same goes for feeding, so far she grows nicely and hope she grows and stretches a lot in the next few days.

Pot_Portraits Week 7 for the Magnum by Buddha Seeds, she slowed down a bit over the last few days. Have to keep removing leaves every 2 days to reduce the light block caused by them, it also helps to organize the plant a bit. Lets see what the next weeks bring in terms of growth and progress.

Pot_Portraits Week 8 for the Magnum by Buddha Seeds, no complains, everything going well. She grows nicely and started to stretch a bit more. I can tell by the root system that in a bigger pot she would have got bigger for sure, the 11L pot is all roots already.

Pot_Portraits Diary continues at week 11

Pot_Portraits Finally back with an update on the Magnum by Buddha Seeds, she also took a hit while I was away but I nursed her back to life and she's ready to put some weight on. This plant really likes to grow roots, will run another one of these in the future in a bigger pot or outdoor. Feeding is the same, adding Top Max next week and see how she does, so far she is doing great even with the delay.

Pot_Portraits Week 12 for the Magnum, she slowly packs on weight, trichome production increased drastically, she gets denser now. Feeding the same as before till she gets closer to finishing then I will finish her with just ph'd water.

Pot_Portraits Another week for the Magnum, she is starting to put on her final weight, buds are fattening up and she goes towards the finish line. Had some ups and downs with this plant but not the plants fault, the Magnum grows really nice when in the right conditions. I think another week or so and we are getting there 💪

Pot_Portraits Another week for the Magnum, she is coming close to the finish line and in a few days I start flushing, she packed on a good amount of weight over the last 2 weeks, the buds are super dense. Letting her dry out now and then feed her a last time, after that flush for a week. Trichome development is great and she is healthy.

Pot_Portraits She is at the end, sadly not as I expected. She had to sit outside the tent for a while and caught some bud rot....... workst nightmare after so much work but it can happen, this is only the second plant that this ever happened to and it is always those were I don't expect it. Either way I was able to save a few decent buds while I had to throw the rest of the plant. From experience I would say she would have been in the 120+ dry grams category size wise but she was super dense so maybe even 150+. Its a shame that I lost her but 2 more are running either way, one as a solo cup and one in 25 liter, lets hope those make it :P
