@Silky_smooth,I use silica to help with pliability and training as a rule. love how it helps them stay rubbery. The cut is a new one on me though. love it and makes a lot of sense. If recovery is done without a slowing down the what s great way to build those biceps for lifting. nice job.

@mr_h_kovert,you should try a photo....you wont regret it....you can train one during the entire autogrow and put her into flower when autoβs are finished for a full tent with 1 plant....π
