GrowersChoiceOrganic I placed a laughing buddha seed between two paper towels and sprinkled Great White brand Mycorrhizae on the seed then placed between two paper plates and wet thourough enough to get napkin saturated but not drenched. I placed the plates in a warm place 72-75 degrees and played the seed gospel music. I tried not to bother it too much and checked on it after 24 hours and then again after 48 hours. Although I used cold water it was Sobe Lfe Water (Reverse osmosis with a Ph of if I remember correctly 6.4 and 7.4. I saw the white root emerge and was the legnth of the seed so I took sterile tweezers and I placed the seed with the root facing down about double the width of the seed in the center of a black plastic 1 gallon pot bought in home depot.
