ok guys so after growing Original sensible seeds Gelato auto i just had to try their photoperoid version. i will be growing it organically with biobizz nutrients and biobizz light mix
ok guys so the Original Sensible Seeds Gelato is doing well, vegging a little slower with tighter node spacing then my other strains im currently vegging but still growing strong. I will soon apply some LST to her to get a more even canopy.
so this girl is the smallest in my tent and thats only due to her not liking as much light as the others. she is a little light gren and showing some light stress but she will be just fine...
WOW does this thing smell good, like a orange sherbert smell to her, very fizzy smelling like a soda with some cream. she got about 2 weeks to go i would say
So the gelato is a great hybrid that can be smoked anytime of day if you harvest her on the earlier side of the harvest window but i can see that it could be a little more sedating letting her go another week or two. Smells very citrusy/fruity but not your normal citrus fruit and some mint in there too. I started flushing this girl a little early so she wasn't the best she could be. ill run her clones again for sure.
so the gelato needs less light than the other original sensible seeds strain i grew(wedding cake and GG4) so that resulted in a smaller more compact plant but the bud quality was top notch and thats what really matters.
that's a freaking good one you have here. those close-up shots of flowers are so pornographic in kind of a way. i bought the same let's see how the potency and harvest will going to be.
