I was knocked out when I heard the news that FastBuds is testing new photoperiod strains collection. I was given samples from the whole collection which is quite impressive.
The strains don't have their name yet but they're marked with a sequence number. It was more a matter of choosing the random seeds this time and I decided to start with two of them. I'll be tracking this diary with FF7.
What is know of this strain: "45 days Mostly Indica"
I started the growth by putting the seeds into a wet paper towel and all seeds germinate successfully within 48 hours. They were then transplanted into small pots with coco and will later be transplanted into the final 15 l pots."
This round I decided to upgrade my grow tent to MarsHydro 100 x 100 x 180 and I cannot say anything but how great the tent is. The quality compared to price is very high.
Another huge upgrade that I've been planning for quite long was a purchase of brand new LED light MIGRO 100+ that I've heard so many great things about. As the plants will grow I'll add 2 x BESTVA 600 Elite to give the plants some extra much needed light.
The plants are healthy and small so nothing really interesting to write about.
Today I started adding CalMag and rhyzotonic to the pH controlled water at 5.7.
I'm really excited about new collection and really expecting a lot based on what I know from their autoflowering varieties 😻

@ReinDeer, trying to see if these fast flowering are actually faster than regular genetics, in the end thats what these are suppose to be about... we won’t be able to compare results until the crosses are released
@GreenHouseLab, I’m not sure as flowering is pretty much connected with light intensity 😊maybe higher temperatures would help however but I’m no expert
@ReinDeer, thank you!😊 I have luckily had 2 extra seeds I germed so that I can do 2 single strain diaries! On number 2 and 4 but I have 1-6 in a multi strain diary! Going to be growing organic on them and try other methods on the 2 single strain diaries so this will be fun and educational for me
My FF7 matured very fast. But my winter is 34 c.
Be safe - keep your distance o people until humanity build up immunity. Key is not to overload the hospitals.
@Med_in_Tropic, Yes, I totally agree! We're not panicking but the situation is really serious.. So I have more time to keep up a good health for the plants too
@Med_in_Tropic, Have the same problems with both cats and dog so I have to keep them safe in a tent.. or if grown on balcony I put a metallic net around them
@Med_in_Tropic, Thank you. It's easier here the colors are coming along very nicely as the nights are quite cold and the daily temperature during the day is just above 20 C.
