This week has been a lot of waiting... I thought she was done, all pistils were ripe and I was paying more attention to my trichomes. Then, over night, a small “mini-flush” of white pistils appeared. So, now we wait again.
Her flower spikes are really packing on weight. I have had to attach the bottom branches to the main stock as they were just laying down. Now that spring is near, I will be buying some tomato cages to support future plants. I enjoy growing the plants without the SCROG screen. I have learned that cages are the way to go if you want to grow traditionally. If I had more patience, I would be trying my hand at SCROG. Maybe in the future.
I am wanting half and half cloudy/amber trichomes. I hate to say it, but some are looking quite clear yet. Thinking hopefully at the end of this week, which would be after the first week in March. Chomping at the bit to start my next garden. As Ed Rosenthal said in one of his books however, “No bud before its time.”
After looking at theses pics I can't wait to crop this now just potted 5 amnesiac and 5 strewberry... 24hr in coco still all a no show but few week it will be flying... Well done on the crop as well g sf
@Blueboy2019, Thank you for the compliments! It really is a nice strain. No drama, for me at least. I am all organic, and she really seems to enjoy her food. I can't speak to any other nutes. I wish you the best! Happy gardening!
