DarwinTHC After 24 hours in water and in the dark; I plant my seeds 5 mm deep in a 500 ml pot of organic roots micro greens soil. 24 hours later, not surprisingly, a very good start to germination for these three critical seeds from Seed Stocker.

DarwinTHC For this new week, I'm going to start integrating some fertilizers from the Aurora range as per the proposed schedule. Watering is done every three days and misting every two days.

DarwinTHC At the start of this third week, everything is going well, no visible deficiencies or over-fertilization. So, I'm continuing with the schedule from Aurora. To avoid any excess water, I advise beginners to weigh the pots on a scale; for me, it's the best way to know if there's a lack of water.

DarwinTHC I'm starting this week with a repotting, nothing too complicated: Always repot when the soil is dry to avoid breaking the root ball. Apply a light pressure around the pot to loosen the soil. Place your hand on the soil and gently tilt the pot. Spread the soil properly without compacting it too much; personally, I lift the pot two or three times about 1 cm high. Water and watch... it grows. I'm making a mix with 70% Roots Organics Original Potting Soil for its rich side and 30% Micro Green for its drainage ability. I'll wait two or three days before topping all this.

DarwinTHC Hi and Happy New Year to all the Growers. At the start of this fifth week, I see that the topping has worked well; I'm starting to do a bit of LST that I will be able to continue until the end of my grow to optimize my growing space.

DarwinTHC For the start of week 6, I'm doing a light defoliation for better light penetration. I'm also removing the branches from the first two levels.

DarwinTHC For this last week of growth, I'm just going to remove a few leaves that are shading the young branches and readjust the LST to have a nice, uniform canopy before switching to flower.

DarwinTHC We empty the closet, clean it well, disinfect it, change the bulb, set it to 12/12, adjust the diet a bit, and it's off to flowering!

DarwinTHC Great start for Flo, they are really beautiful! I'm taking the opportunity to do a little cleaning by removing the leaves that cast too much shade on the center of the plant.

DarwinTHC I found a Hermaphrodite with nice little balls, so I took it straight out of my closet and put it in the ground outside to see what it can do.

DarwinTHC Magnificent, a very beautiful canopy just how I like it, as well as well-stocked branches. I can already see huge buds forming along the branches.

DarwinTHC Buds and more buds all along these beautiful branches, a slight smell is starting to be felt, a few yellowing leaves at the base which is normal because the light can't reach the base of the plant, so a little defoliation is necessary.

DarwinTHC Super week, as we can see everything is taking shape with big and long buds in perspective. A lemony smell is coming from the buds, which promises good things for the next week. I'll post pictures of the hermaphrodite that I planted outdoors.

DarwinTHC I'm definitely going to have to stake my plants because the buds are starting to weigh their weight, very common with Critical; before the branches break. Little change, I'm now watering every two days because they're thirsty.

DarwinTHC For the beginning of the eighth week, we can see that the buds are starting to thicken nicely along the branch. The HP2 is meant to produce bigger buds; I hope to get good results with this fertilizer.

DarwinTHC It smells like the end; last week before harvest; big flush. The weight of the buds is starting to bend the branches, can't wait for the harvest, its lemony scent really makes me want to taste it.

DarwinTHC Three seeds germinated but there was one hermaphrodite in the batch that showed up at 2 weeks into flowering, so I planted it outside away from the others. I was able to harvest about 50 viable seeds, we'll see how it goes. 😉 A very nice genetic variety, the plants are robust. I'm not disappointed by the huge kick you get quite quickly; its lemony and menthol flavor provides a refreshing sensation in the mouth and a rather thick smoke. I really recommend it for beginners because it's easy to grow, and I recommend it to connoisseurs for its taste and relaxing effect.
