Purple CousKush Zamnesia

2nd round (1st proper) in DS60. Because first/test run gave me 0,9 g/w I guessed that its like riding a bike and that 12years of non-growing doesnt even matter... So I entered 2 battles on the AFN forum .. This diary will connect to the Zamnesia battle and Purple CousKush strain. I chose 2 seeds, dropped them in the water for 24 hours and then into root riot cubes. I run them both it in 7,6L air pot, soil is Biobizz light mix with 10% more added Perlite .. (I usually find included amount of perlite insufficient in all light mixes .. ) Ill choose the better looking one for the contest at day 30. I'll count today as day one, because today I moved them under the 250w MH .. Last time, I updated at the beginning of each week, now Ill do it normally and update at the end of every week, so I'll add one more update to this first week .. Second battle is for the Fast Buds, so they'll get their own diary ...

Not much to report, struggling with humidity a bit because its freezing here with almost none humidity at all (5%]. But 45% with humidifier should be fine.. Ill do first LST during the next week (probably tuesday). Also they all got 2x foliar feeds of vitalink silica this week + root stim with every watering. next week they'll get first nutritions, 1/3 strengh.

So week 3 is behind us ;) still no preflowers, so Im guessing they want to go huge ;) I applied LST as usual, I did one bend on day 16, then Im always leaf tucking 3-4x a day for 7-10 days and then do second bend session. Anyway thats the plan for now.... This week I switched Atami Bcuzz Root stim for Atami Soil booster... So far for 2 waterings in between fertilizings. They all (so PCKs as well) had theyre first nutritions. As the last time Im using JUNGLE INDABOX for the base nutrients. After the first/test run Im pretty impressed by it. and one foliar feed silica. next time it will be day before I'll do the HPS switch .. Still dont know if Ill battle witch PCK1 or PCK2, maybe leaning more towards PCK2, but dont know yet..

preflowers showed at day 27 on PCK2; still nothing on PCK 1, jopefu HPS switched today and next feed will be something in the middle of grow/flower nutrients so I think that higher P+K could help as well .. Lovely amount of tops growing up out of them, I must say this strain loves LST and they’ll both be pretty cool looking in the future...

preflowers on pck1 on day 28, both are starting to flower .. bushy as hell .. 13 tops on pck2 and 15 on pck1 with LST only .. starting to stretch .. next feed will be first full bloom nutrients

Day 42 Droopiness on PCK2 is because it was underwatered, I waited for the PCK1 to dry a bit more, so I can water all plants together and it was a bit too long for her ;) But now is looking already ok. Light defoliation for airflow improvement Doesnt like the heat. ;) Im at 28-29 for aprox.4 hours a day and both PCKs are def. not liking it for that time .. But as its 4 hours only Im not really paying much attention, other girls are fine and theres not much I can do about it anyway .. I think that the stretch is finally over for these two so the whole tent should be just budding up now ;)

day 50 doubled the nutrients nice structure, as this strain showed preflowers almost 2 weeeks later then FB Zkittlez you could tell that they are gonna be bushy monsters, and yes they delivered ;) little bit slower then the rest of the tent, Id say like month and something left .. But at least they will have more space in the tent. Im almost unable to put them all back in when watering .. Thank god for my tetris skills :D

Both girls doing great, did a bit of defoliation, but again. nothing crucial still not purple

buds started to show some formation .. double nutrients, drinking every day. (others every second). loving the structure on pck1 ;) Im actually quite curious how the buds will look, so far its like the fluffiest "buds" Ive ever seen in this phase (as they showed preflowers much later then the others it looks aprox.2-3 weeks younger then the others) .. Hopefully they will start to bulk up a bit in next week or so ..

day 70 needed to raise the lamp by 5 cm, tops showing a bit of light/heat stress, but hopefully nothing severe .. Id say 2-3 more weeks to go ..

Id say 2 good weeks to go, although theyre starting to build something ;) Both are pretty bushy ;) Loving that look for whole plants .. Ill probably start to lover the nutrients next week... But Ill see how it goes ..

just keep swimming, just keep swimming .. day 91 week 13 def not a quick strain ;) hopefuly the reward will be worth it :) my guess is that theyll come down at around day 100 .. (well they will go down even if they would need some more time at that point. tent needs to be hidden by 15.-16. 4. thats the latest term my gfriend gave me) Im also in the war with the heat again as the outside temps got too high ( orig. I thought that the tent will be hidden by now, before the hotter part of spring hits.. ) so Im thinking about switching to MH but will see how it will look today. Im hitting 27 with the ambient temps .. so not much I can really do for the inside of the tent (Im def not buing AC for one week ;) and I cant stuck a ducting through the whole living room), Im glad even for those 29-31C, expected like 33 .. Next round will be under quantum board so Id love to think that Im fighting the temps for the last time with this setup ;)

day 97 harvest Wet weight : PCK1 - 247 g PCK2 - 352 g So this run with the other 2(3 if Im counting solo cup stardawg as wel)) plants that were in the tent its 1070g of wet buds ;) 60x60cm tent, 250w MH/HPS run second run with autos
