Purple Lemonade - FB

2nd round (1st proper) in DS60. Because first/test run gave me 0,9 g/w I guessed that its like riding a bike and that 12years of non-growing doesnt even matter... So I entered 2 battles on the AFN forum .. This diary will connect to the Fast Buds battle and Purple Lemonade strain. I chose 2 seeds, dropped them in the water for 24 hours and then into root riot cubes. Ill run it in 7,6L air pot, soil is Biobizz light mix with 10% more added Perlite .. (I usually find included amount of perlite insufficient in all light mixes .. ) I'll count today as day one, because today I moved them under the 250w MH .. Last time, I updated at the beginning of each week, now Ill do it normally and update at the end of every week, so I'll add one more update to this first week .. edit: so PL1 didnt make it.. I dropped humidifier on her when refilling, she wasnt able to recover .. RIP PL1 :( fkn shaky hands of mine :(

So I guess Im not destined to have nice looking Purple Lemo. First I destroyed with humidifier tank and second is looking bit mutant... probably destiny, but I will continue just for evidence ;) all other girls are looking lovely, dont know whats really going on .. Struggling with humidity a bit because its freezing here with almost none humidity at all (5%]. But 45% with humidifier should be fine.. Ill do first LST during the next week (probably tuesday). Also they all got 2x foliar feeds of vitalink silica this week + root stim with every watering. next week they'll get first nutritions, 1/3 strengh.

So week 3 is behind us ;) Purple Lemo (preflowers on day 20) is picking up but is still a bit mutant looking, actually quite curious about what will come out of her. PL is 10cm high. no LST applied (obviously) This week I switched Atami Bcuzz Root stim for Atami Soil booster... for 2 waterings in between fertilizings. They both had theyre first nutritions. As the last time Im using JUNGLE INDABOX for the base nutrients. After the first/test run Im pretty impressed by it....

Purple Lemo picked up nicely, although somewhere the grow is still a bit mutated, I think that there will be a couple of lovely g’s at the harvest day since its growing like crazy now for a few last days ;)

shes trying to catch up with the others .. vigorous grow during the last week .. starting to bloom nicely .. so curious about this one ;) Full bloom nutrients 2 times so far

Day 42 Long internodes, dont know if its because she started as a mutant .. Is the highest plant in the tent no color yet Did a bit of defoliation, but just for the better airflow .. shes almost constantly praying, drinking like crazy

day 50 doubled the nutrients. Older leaves are getting sucked by the buds that are hairy as f.. , N def showing, but I wont do anything about it at this point and let her do her thing.. Shes so hungry that Im watering her every day now .. Others are getting watered every 3rd day ..

still not purple ... lovely smell lovely structure ;) frosty as hell

still getting double nutrients, few leaves showing a lil of nute burn, Ill steadily lower the nutes till the end from now.. that frost and smell is crazy

day 70 for the lovely looking "White" Lemo ... Id say 1-2 more weeks max ... smells really sweet and looks nice and frosty

Started to foxtail a bit ;) buds are nice and smelly. Test bud from thursday tastel lovely def tastes like fizzy drink :D Its just so weird for the first time, but now Im just looking forward to taste it some more ;) She stopped her thirst and now shes 2 waterings behind the PCKs, so thats another indicator ;) Few parts started to purple but nothing for Id call her purple gal, white lemonade is still tasty ;) Ill harvest her in 1-3 days .. So at day 80 max

purple started to show last week, I lowered the night temps to almost 15 so thats probably it .. 231 g wet, lovely .. Can see that shes XXL flower. Started as a mutant, but was able to finish strong .. Looking forward to growing that last seed in the autumn grow ;) Taste: fizzy drink in your mouth, test bud was so delicious .. First I needed to get used to the flavor like this, but now Im hooked ;) PL FTW will update after the cure THX to FB and esp. Heather for this opportunity, love you guys.
