Started seed in Rapid Rooter on 11 January. She popped out above ground level on 14 Jan. Last grow (autoflower) didn't switch to flowering until I switched the lights to 12/12. That grow went 20 weeks, I'm not looking forward to that again. I'll switch earlier this time if I have to make it flower.
Maybe I'll try a v shaped scrog this go around to see how well that works.
D9: So far so good. I'm still deciding on what kind of training to do, scrog, lst, multiple toppings. It's all up in the air as this is supposed to be a autoflower.
D14: good week, no issues. Now that she's alive and we'll I'll admit to using miracle grow soil as I couldn't get fox farms locally.
D16:. I think I've decided to top this girl on D17. And maybe top those sides also about a week later. I've maintained the lights close enough to avoid stretch early on and she seems to be looking good.
D17: topped just above the fifth node.
D19: started with light lst.
D21: week went well. Topped and started lst. Was watering a water can every third day, will switch to every other day. Will start nutes next week at 1/3 the recommended dose.
Will start bigger waterings this week. I haven't watered to the point of the fabric pot leaking excess water. I'll also introduce nutes beyond calimagic this week.
D23: first sighting of pistols.
D26: first watering with extra nutes.
D28: as pistols arrived this week I'll switch next week to "flowering".
I'm really happy that this switched to flowering on its own. Last plant got out of control while I waited for it to switch.
D30: she switched to flowering last week and appears to want to be 11 inches from the light. Every time I move the lights up she stretches back to 11" away.
D32: now using the full fox farms trio.
D35: week ended with some good growth. Ended just short of 16" tall.
D55. I think I'm having a combo of light burn along with getting towards the end where it's sucking everything out of the fan leaves.
I added some microscope pictures. It appears there are a lot of dark tricomes. Might need to start flushing tomorrow.
D61. She was uprooted and now it's time for her to dry.
