pineapple tops chopped at 8 weeks 4 days, the rest i will give another 2 weeks to fatten up. tops probably could of went another week, but oh well im still extremely happy with the results. the buds smell ridiculously like cantaloupe, when i was trimming it the smell kept bringing me back memories of a strain i used to smoke in highschool, i know im going to love this one because its been so long that i smelled buds this tropical. i will upload the official "harvest " in 2 weeks when these tops have been cured, and the rest of the plant is chopped down. happy growing✊

buds crowded, worried about bud rot coming but only on week 8, do you think id be safe to chop just the tops in like 4 or 5 days? i started flushing couple days ago (hydroponics)dwc. if not how much longer would you estimate?

Hey mate, It especially depends on how you flush. If you use an finish or clean additive it will cut a couple days of flushing. But a relatively rule would be flush at least 5/7 days before you harvest (depends on the size of the buds). That gives the plants some time to throw out all the salt and minerals build up in the buds. What will give you an harsh smoke. In your case I would wait at least 7 days after flush, unless you use an additive like flawless finish. The stress your plants will get by cutting the top should not be a problem, it could even make the lower buds bigger and more resinous. I hope this helped you to make decisions!😉 Try out how to handle this with fun, because that's what an harvest should be! 😁 Good luck🤙🏼

Stop feeding nutes...let the fade happen. Looks good but too green to harvest for me.
