Mate best edvise I could give is look at your girls and the ones you think should go (cut) gone... You can't really go wrong and if u do u lean from it good luck mate check my YouTube channel UK grower blueboy got a few big suff coming soon as well giveaways the lot
@LastBullet only remove the leaves that receive no light like the very bottom ones around the stem also you can remove the odd the leaf that may be inhibiting the airflow and light from budsites
The plant in the middle doesn't need anymore defoliation unless you have some leaves that directly block the light of a bud.
For the others I'd remove every fan leaf with a noticeable stem that blocks the light of any bud sites below. I'd leave a couple of leaves at the very top of every cola.

10 growers will give you 10 different answers regarding to defoliation. The best one I ever recieved is to try yourself. Personally I tried it and saw no difference yield wise. I only defoliate leaves that are shaded by other ones, which helps in keeping humidity down and avoid wet spots
@@@Athos,I totally agree with what you say... Me too couldn't see any difference But!!..i am sure of something; If you do not cut the leaves, there is a resin formation...
