I recall I once had my air pump disconnected by mistake, and as I returned and found out, my plant looked slightly like that. Drooping or freezing alike symptoms. So I took it, that the roots didn't get enough air and that was the cause. It looks like you have adequate bubbles tho, in that video. So I don't know for sure ofc, just thought I would add that. My current plant is even colder off than yours in the night(18-19C), but it doesn't droop, and I also have the airpumps on 24/7. Happy growing! And nice setup!
