Day 22 - 9.12. - still very small node distance, so light back up from 33cm to 40cm. maybe this makes her stretch a bit more, so my planned LST will work better. Day 23 - 10.12. - watered with ca. 600ml with 2ml heaven and 2ml grow. Day 24 - 11.12. - watered again 300ml 1ml heaven&grow. first LST Day 25 - 12.12. - added scrog net. plants reacted great to LST from yesterday. also seem to be stretching more due to bigger light distance Day 27 - 14.12. - fed 500ml with 2ml heaven&grow.

Grow Questions

starkestarted grow question 5 years ago
I just harvested this plant and after looking at her rootball, I saw a white patch close to the stem (see pics), does anybody have any idea, what that might be? Also, does anyone have experience with checking soil after harvest and "learning" anything from it? Thank you <3!

I always check my root structure at the end and do a sort of evaluation. Iv'e learned from hydro grows that It simply can not grow if the roots can't grow the they want too :). It could be salt... It could be just a harmless bacteria that happened to thrive for a bit your soil. Your harvest looks great :), Your wedding cake turned out way better then mine I blame the poor quality led light I was using.

Thank you @Buddha2 🙏 Especially looking forward trying her low and slow dried bud, her smell is insanely strong of hash. Happy growing, will follow your diaries, any more upcoming seeds?

Bro how did you get your buds so dense and dank looking? I'm growing wedding cake also and my buds don't look the same as yours could you let me know what I'm doing wrong?

Hey @HazeGrowGang, no worries, your buds look great. Maybe we have a different phenotype and also these buds only looked dense, but they were small stinky nuggets. All a matter of perspective :) Check your trichomes and give them some more time. Patience... Happy day and enjoy your buds soon ✌️

@@Resin_Randy, she is the smallest of all three and if you look at other grows here, they all look so different :) Happy growing (and happy harvest to me soon). We really enjoyed smoking this strain on our recent trip.

This is a little late but... that white fuzzy patch on your root ball appears to be a colony of Mycorrhizae. Mycorrhizae usually looks like white fuzzy stuff but that’s exactly what you want in there! I look forward to seeing your next harvest!!
