I'm loving the way this auto grow is going and how the very light defoliation had given it the extra energy to be transferred where it needed to go. On week 4 I said i wasn't going to top it but from what I can see, the big fan leaves seem to get in the way because of how fast they grow compared to the height. I for sure know it's going to be a small bush with wide leaves so I figured topping it was a better direction to this grow. I noticed the bottom fan leaves that initially grew were small and were going to get covered anyways from the new bigger ones so I clipped them a long with the very very first ones from seed which were drooping so much and weren't getting any light or air. I did this in the middle of the week when the feeding reservoir was empty and so I just did a plain watering since then until now so it wouldn't get any further stress from possible nutrient burn because the run off was reading a point above 6.1 pH and a ppm of around 580-600. I will be giving it nutrients this week and a boost of silica so the structure can get stronger from fluctuating temps and humidity now that it's getting warmer these days. There is also a slight sour/citrus smell to the tent now and found out that this strain in particular will stink a lot, hopefully the carbon filter will help out with that. I'm very happy with how things are going and can't wait until it's grown in height a bit more and spread its roots further around the 3 gallon pot so yields can flourish. see ya!
Nice work on the journal. I plan on running this strain for my next grow so watching your success thus far has been informative. I looking forward to seeing your harvest! Good luck and stay healthy!
