24 Hours in a shot glass of Tap water, 36 Hours in a wet paper towel / zip bag
36Hours in the dirt before coming out to say hello! Day 1 is today.
She’s on a heat mat, under a TS1000 with a humidifier and humidity dome. I chose to limit the pot six on this purley down to space, I was keen to get another RQS auto seed popped anyway and sorted a 3.5L plastic pot with Biobizz light mix that I buffered.
Despite the limitations this Jack has ahead, I’m confident Royal Queen Seeds genetics will shine through and it will be a fine example of this classic gene 😎✌️
This week has flown by! A little late with the update, as you can see Jack is chugging along just fine, a little slow but all good signs of health with the leaves on show.
I’ve started it’s feed with BioBizz Fish-Mix to encourage new foliage to appear with the nitrogen injection 🤓
Let’s see how it gets on with the week ahead! ✌️👍
Some great growth over the past few days, Jack is starting to stretch his legs for sure! To ensure there’s no issues with height, I decided to Top him, I’m not really going to apply any other methods of LST other than gentle defoliation and lead tucking.
Jack has been fed regularly BioBizz nutrients and some beneficial bacteria to support the mediums microbiology 🤓✌️👍
Let’s see what the next week holds for Jack, he’s under a 250watt dual spectrum HPS for the rest of his life now ☀️ 😎
See you all next week! ✌️👊
This week was a steady one in terms of attention, just the usual waterings with some higher PPM levels and some beneficial microbes
The structure of Jack is really starting to develop and that’s mainly upwards! Regardless of the topping Jack is soldiering on!
See you next week, some preflowers in sight 🤓😎
A smooth and steady week for Jack 😎
Plain sailing into the flowering period with no obvious signs of deficiencies 👌 just the regular watering to keep up with due to my choice of container and medium!
I’ve upped the nutrients accordingly and look forward to the stretching and filling out over the next few weeks! The infrastructure is there! 👌💪✌️🤓
That’s for reading, I hope your all okay considering these times, please keep growing and stay safe! ✌️🤓👊👍🙏👌
A great week of growth for Jack! Some changes to nutes and addition of a bat guano feed this week 🤓
Not much more stretching, simply swelling of the flowers and some new sites popping up, easing off the nitrogen grow feeding now and maintaining a sensible humidity for him,
As always, thank you for the read, good luck with tour own grows and stay safe!
Serious weight gaining this week, I’ve positioned a support stick next to the main stem ready for branches when necessary.
Great news 🧑🌾 beautiful pungent smells and aromas from Jack, I’ll give him one last potent feed and then continue to feed water ph’d to 6.
RQS have done it again by the looks of it! Some paling of the leaves and clouding if it’s trichomes now shows Jack is almost done.
Thanks again for following and taking the time to read, stay safe out there and of course keep growing! 👊✌️👍
Jack showed us his true colours this week, some serious sterling and the obvious fade due to temps dropping with the 12/12 light cycle adjustment.
This week was Jacks last feedings of nutrients as I’ve started to note some amber appearing among the trichomes.
It’s been a real pleasure to grow this one, I know it’s not over yet! But it’s just been a simple grow and a beautiful plant to watch :)
Bring on the flush! See you all in a week ✌️👊👍🙂
The buds a little light and fluffy but that’s probably down to the PH lockout at one point!
Very tastey sweet and peppery smoke, definitely a sativa! Needs some further curing to really bring out the terps RQS intended so into the Jar Jack goes for a month or so... 😁👌👍
Very very easy growing this one, I know I limited everything with the smaller pot but it was necessary for the space, I’ve tried this and now I know I’ll be popping more (in 3Gals).
A simple topping and very basic support was all the plant needed. I messed up with a Ph lockout after feeding from a non food grade plastic bucket and a dodgy PH meter at one point! All is resolved! Both the bucket and the Ph pen have been replaced!
A fruity smoke if that’s what your after, something Buzzy and light lifting with a distinct flavour 👌👍
Thanks RQS!
