Hey guys, this is technically the germination period for my plants they have not gone into their medium(FFOF soil) yet. Super excited to finally get growing and couldn’t be happier to be using some genetics from ETHOS provided by weedguardians family tree seedbank. Service was great from both companies! I will be using fox farm base nutrients and some additives as well as some products from advanced nutrients and general hydroponics as I have seen some great results with these companies before. My knowledge of the cannabis plant is intermediate. I have done some small operations in the past but this will be my for at solo run. For that reason I have tons to learn and will be doing lots of experimentation and observation throughout this grow. Your comments are welcomed and appreciated!!! I’m always looking to learn there’s so many talented growers on this site alone it’s amazing. Happy growing and stay tuned I’ll be adding all the tutorials I’m using and tips that have been given to me from others so keep watching the page for updates!!!

Week one is off to a great start. Minimal resistance from these girls so far they’re handling everything that’s been thrown at them amazing. My humidity had been running way too high for a day or so at the end of the first week, I added pics of the leaves showing stress looking all droopy. However if you observe the following pics just 24 hours after I fixed the issue she’s already flexing again 💪🏾 Nice coat of green and a pleasant rate of growth they’re gonna be some bad ass m*********s!!! -The technique I used to gradually lower my humidity and allow my plant to bounce back so quickly and powerfully(under 48 hours) was taken from some videos by Mr Canuks Grow on YouTube. Go give some of his videos a look for some solid tutorials on all the basics for small home grow ops. The most important part about the whole deal was my humidity spiked to 99 but rather than jumping back down to my desired 60-70 percent. I went to 80 for about 12 hours, than 75 and so on.... patience is key 🔐 -Still no nutrients as of week 2 day 1 will probably keep that going unless they ladies say otherwise, however so far so good. Happy growing😤

It’s the beginning of week! Training starts soon. The growth is popping up faster and faster she’s thriving under heavy lighting. Decent height but makes up for it with the heavy stacking of side branches between her tightly spaced internodes. A real beast so far💪🏾 First feeding was done on the last day of week two. She was fed with the fox farm nutrients listed below. I like to gradually build up to see what each plant can handle so feedings will be spaced out. This may add a bit of veg time but really let’s the plant reach closer to its full potential from what I’ve seen. The schedule I’m doing is very similar to the og feed chart with some minor adjustments. Starting the open sesames fertilized early. I like to run a longer flush so I start those early and finish them at least 2 weeks before the chop Humidity is down from 70 to a 55-65 percent spread throughout the day. This tent specifically has been running a bit hotter than I’d like reaching highs of 89(usually peaks around 86 though) will be fixing that this week. As always happy growing!!!!

Wow! Huge shout out to ethos genetics this plant is the truth! She eats whatever she’s fed, cleans her plate and says thanks afterwards 🙏🏾 bounces back from any stress almost over night although there has been minimal issues. Encountered the beginning stages of leaf septoria which seems to be pretty common with the fox farm soil, however after removing a few fans and spraying her with some foliar, lowering humidity. It was solved almost immediately. The feeding schedule is in full swing and it’s absolutely crushing it with the results. The pictures from last week to now should show it all thanks fox farm fam ⛽️

So as y’all can see she absolutely exploded between this week and last, her growth nearly doubled in size. This caught me off guard I’ve been pretty busy. Now that she’s so big would you say it’s too late to top or mainline and in that case should I LST? (Front right of tent)

Its not to late for LST, you just have to be careful, because the stems look very sturdy. Your plants growing very dense , with ashort internode, i think your lights can be to close. But the one you want to apply LST looks very good for that. You can go on until end of week 2 of flower with your training. Start slow with the mainstem.

We’re finally here! Flower week 1 is underway😛 The stretch will be starting soon. The training has been started. After asking for the community suggestions on what method to use, as I was a bit late to the game on this girl... I opted to go with a simple super croppping and some defoliation along with some minor lst of those giant side branches and boom 🤯 she looks great. Some of her sisters have been rejecting the heavy feedings but she’s loving it, gonna be a star for sure

Back again and damn👀 the flowering stretch is looking so sweet. Her tips started to yellow so I toned down the nutrients a bit. Seems like all the ethos plants I have right now are pretty sensitive/light feeders. This one in particular though loves her cal/mag. Super happy with this plant so far she is just starting to show signs of pistils beginning to develop and the vegitation on her looks fantastic. Flower mode here we come can’t wait for this beast to get moving. ANY RECCOMENDATIONS ON HOW TO INCREASE VIBRANCE AND COLOR TO THESE GIRLS IS WELCOME. I really want to see what these flowers have to offer as far as bag appeal goes

Finally have some bud sites developing. She seems a bit behind for week 3 of flower but that may just be because she’s a slower flowering plant than my others. Still the biggest of me 3 ethos plants in the 3x3. The feeding has been on the lighter side still and she seems very responsive to that. Will keep it that way for now. The leaves look like they’re fading a bit can’t wait to see what kind of colors come out on this girl . She’s an absolute lady stud rn thanks again to fox farm, ethos, mars hydro, and the rest of the people who supplied the equipment for this grow. Wouldn’t be able to pump out great ⛽️ Without y’all!!!! And of course everyone on here for all the helpful tips!!!! Happy growing!

So I’ve seen a lot of people grow the strains I have in my garden right now with lots of colors. I’m in week 3 of flower and I have the slightest of fade but basically I’m all green. Which has been a pattern. Nothing wrong with that but any suggestions to boost color? Temp? Food?

Hi @ccthefarmer not all plants gain these colors, depending on the phenotype and genetics of the plants some gain darker and purple tones and other plants do not. Female plants only change colors around 6-7 weeks of flowering, a factor that helps this color change is an environment with lower temperatures around 18 ° c. But there is nothing to do, your plants look healthy and happy, certainly in the last weeks of flowering the buds will gain beautiful tones and colors. good luck mate 👍

Tough week for the girls. This one in particular is ok but the rest have been losing lower foliage much faster than they should be. Still see good frost developing and flowers have grown however not significantly

Beginning of week 4 flower and my girl is losing bottom leaves faster than I’ve ever seen. They are yellowing and falling off quicker than I think is healthy. However I also have burnt tips so it shouldn’t be due to underfeed. Rootbound maybe? Let me know

Good look'n plants dude but I do believe you may have id'd something needs to be rectified. Couple things here but my answer could easily change if I knew what kind of medium you're using (soil or soiless?). If it's not the light combined with the camera flash, the leaves on these plants look a little pale to me which, in combination with excessive yellowing of lower growth would suggest a slight nitrogen deficiency. Additionally, looks like a little rust spotting in one of those photos and that's a textbook calmag deficiency. Your only 1 week removed from the stretch so it's a good bet that these girls were absolutely devouring all the nitrogen and calmag they could find. While your nute mix ratios look good, I'd probably start by supplementing some calmag first and maybe dial back your nitro heavy veg. nute slower than recommended - give her a little extra N at this point than normal just to add some additional stores for the remaining weeks. Good news is that if it is deficient it's really not that bad and likely won't impact overall plant performance through flowering. Best of luck for the flower show dude👍

Back again! Last week was a bit of a tough one the stretch really ate at her. As this was my first time growing with ethos gear it caught me a bit off guard. These girls are Cal-Mag HUNGRY. Quick bounce back time though was able to stop the problem in a matter of a day or two. Back to healthy green now and the girls are looking amazing. This 10th planet still being the stunner of the group she’s an absolute frost queen. Gas genetics Great nutes Can’t wait to see what she’s like finished, we’re in the home stretch now!!

Damn these girls are showing out. The cotton candy frost is next level, buds are starting to fatten up nicely too. All things considered they’re coming out great lots of issues towards the beginning and middle of this run but the resistance on the little mama’s is next level. Can’t wait to chop me down and smoke em in a few weeks Happy growing my friends!!!

The cal mag deficiency that hit hard early on during the stretch is showing, fuckin hate bad batches of soil. This stuff had little to none in it I couldn’t get enough added in to keep her happy. All in all just goes to show how fire these genetics are because the flowers she’s put out however lacking in size they may be look like an amazing head stash Happy growing y’all thanks for watching 📺

It’s been a hell of a ride y’all but here we are, looks like she’ll be ready to chop come Monday or Tuesday depending when I have more time Haven’t gotten to much of a description of the flower yet so as for smell- she’s an absolute funky one almost makes you sick to the stomach like a garlic body odor but then a slightly sweet back to it. Based off the record she’s putting out so far I couldn’t be happier to try the smoke. As you can see even with all she’s been through (mainly a tough mag deficiency) the buds are still completely coated in a nice layer of frost same with all her healthy foliage. Will definitely be running some wax from her so I’ll update on that as well. Harvest pics coming soon until then happy growing y’all!!!
