Hey its been another week and these gsc ladies are loving life. definitely got the solid mains that I wanted growing in. sometime this week I might defoliate and pick off any small shoots again. Really only want the hardiest stalks growing up. I had tons of little buds in the lowers last time and want to see what she can do with only a few main tops. Only the second run of this one.
Ok so I know it'll reset all the info above so I have the temps 65 all the time, sometimes gets up to 68-70 during the day. Solution is probably the same it just sits outside the room, ambient 63.
I am doing a basic three part in veg in a 18 gallon res, and watering by flooding the table every-other day for 15 minutes. It floods 1.5 inches up the pots. This is still a bit much for their new bigger pots so I might cut to every 3 days for a week to get there roots to stretch in. That will be a bit dry for coco but I find its ok for short bursts in small root systems.
Pics are showing the girls as they were this morning after they got watered. I cleaned off some of the little center shoots starting to grow, and you can see some of the bud still in middle there haha. One of the branches escaped its tie down so I broke that one back down and I'll tie it when it turns up again. The bigger middle plant in some pics is Krishna, she might join this run, she's growing fast and I had to transplant her up being root bound and yellowing. Um theres also the cilantro, one is really close to done so I'll be pulling that and harvesting the seeds right into the rooting tray. The basil got over watered and is a little grey but oh well. I eat them while they're young and let them go to seed to make more. It's really just tasty pest control.
The smell is like citrus licorice in there now, more than I am used to in veg, I think these gsc girls are going to hammer down.
Edit: I'll update again on Thursday but adding a pic from the tent cause they are just going off, going to have to strip and train again soon.
