Week 6ish is in the bag. I moved them into the big tent yesterday. As you can see from my system set-up I built a screen. I used some wire fencing I had left over. Each screen is 36 x 42. I used 3/4" PVC piping, and lashed the screens on top with zip ties. I was going to use screws, but this was a lot simpler and prob more sturdy. These things are built like tanks. The screens are 12" above the top of the pots. I bought a wire rack to place my carbon filter, heater, humidifier and fan on. I have the lights running on a a digital Lumatek and a digital Hydroplanet. Both ballasts can run 120/240v and autodetect the the bulb. They and can run at 400W, 600W & 1000W. They are now running at 600 MH. My hoods have 6" vent and my inline fan is pulling out. I have a 4" inline blowing in cool air. The heating/cooling are being controlled by the Inkbirds and the humidifier has its own hygrometer. Temps are dialed in to low of 68 with lights off and high of 78 with everything running. I am still working on the humidity - I ran an entire gallon into my tent (4 x 8 x 9 Gorillagrow) and the humidity never got above 50%. I have no idea how to keep the moisture in the tent. It is very dry outside as in 15% right now. I think when the fan and vents turn off on the downtime it may increase. I will have to see as they have just started their off cycle about 30 mins ago. The plants were all moved yesterday morning. They looked a little sad and droopy. I started training them last week when I topped them. Prob a bit more stress that ideal, but these genetics are obviously solid. The first two pics of the plants are right after transplanting them into the large containers. All of them were fairly root bound and soil more dry that I had thought. I gave them all some water, misted them 3 times and let them run. The last pic is of what they looked like after 24 hours. Wow - it is like they hit paydirt (pun intended). They have absolutely taken off. One day in the big pots and under the MH and I cant be more impressed. They literally look like they gained a week of growth. RIP Horace... FYI -- I may have to skip next week as I am headed to Palm trees, beaches and Bonefish. My house sitter will hopefully take some pics of them for me so that I can check in. All they need now is water, fertilizer and love.

So in the video you can see one of my plants with upturned leaves like they are reaching up. Any one know why this happens and if all things equal why only one plant doing it?

In my experience and from what Ive learned from reading, is that this happens when your lady-friend is really enjoying her life :D I hear people call this phenomenon "praying leaves"

Ok, kinda of a poll question. Looks like I am about 2 weeks from harvest based on Seedsman recommendations. Wondering how long most people like to flush. I am going with the tradition 2 weeks, but am wide open to being educated here. So how long to flush using just H2O? tha

At least 10 days, less will result in a chemical taste in your buds that would certainly make you cough when smoking. Don't forget that even when flushing, your PH needs to be adjusted (7.5 is really strong, I recommend you to lower a bit to 6.2 - 6.5). You better start flushing early and watch trichomes with a magnifier everyday, so you can find the perfect day to cut your branches. I'll be around, good luck with this baby bro, can't wait to see your final weight and smoke report !

I bumped up my ballast to 1000W - my grow room is too small (5x8) couldn't handle the heat despite current venting. I need to draw cold air in from outside... But not this run, I will change venting on next grow. Back down to 600W.

Thanks man. A web cam could be fun... but I would have to offer something good more than plants growing. Maybe green little dancers... The humidity issue remains. The open water helped- prob brought it up 5%. The humidifier helped but remains a Battle To keep it up. Right now I have had a high of 52% over the last 24 hrs. It is just damn dry inside my house. No cheap fix available I can think of... I plan to run the humidifier as much as possible- but my grow doesn't run me- so it won't be 24/7. I may put a couple of open water sources for kicks to see if it helps. I am misting the leaves as possible. We will see if it helps. As far as size of tent. Craigslist is my best friend. All of my set up except one ballast Was obtained here in Oregon via Craigslist. I suspect as I accumulated my gear over the last year the entirety cost less than 1k. Everyone here is selling their gear it seams. Market is completely flooded - and for hobby growers it is an equipment buyers market. I am now set- only nutrients and energy. I am all down for natural critters as long as they are symbiotic. I was even thinking of bringing us some of those types- but tent is super clean right now. Thanks for the support.

@Ricks, thanks man, I can't see them, but I hear they got up to 88 degrees so a little concern, but the Kaliks are good here... I suspect they will be fine until I come back, they are in good and and beautiful hands right now.

Dude that tent setup is sick. I love it. I use one half your size for tropicals in the winter and I thought that was roomy. Now I want to upgrade.

@bobo420, thanks for the advice, I will have to water, I can't imaging successful removal from the scrog to the shower- good idea though.

@schmorgastheborg, if you can, you can put the plant in the shower and give it a good flush there :) but watering with a good runoff for the last few weeks should work too.

@bobo420, I have scratched my head at that as well. I cant really flush, (no where to flush the excess too), so I just planned on water only the last couple of weeks.

Nothing like a beautiful little seedling popping out of the soil to start your day off right. I can't wait to see what potential she has in store for us to all see. Best wishes growing her. I'll pop in in a few days to see how she's come along. Should be fun to see how you train her. Cheers!

I dunno much abouch the anticipated stretch. I have heard expect 1/3 more growth. The Jack and the StrawD both have some serious growth on some stems. I looked again this morning and I also have a lot of stems under the SCROG that need to be trained thru. - this thing is going to be jam packed.
