Photoperiod Cherry Popper

ElevatedNoob This is my first photoperiod grow and I am 39 days in so far. She didn't grow much until I performed my first topping and defoliation and now she has began to grow. I plan to perform another topping on the upper side branches before starting flower. I'm also waiting on this plants companion to catch up. I started a second plant when this young lady started slowly. Happy growing ✌️👊

ElevatedNoob This young lady had made it to the flowering stage and she is looking nice. I switched the lights to 12/12 today and we are beginning the flowering stage. Very excited this is my first photo plant.... Happy growing ✌️👊

ElevatedNoob Really starting to see some early flowers on this beauty...I did a fairly heavy defoliation on this plant and I'm concerned that I have way to many tops... Is there such a thing... Oh well looking good and happy growing ✌️👊

ElevatedNoob This has been a great week. I think I see slight burnt tips but really looking good otherwise. The tent is packed which is making light harder to come by for every top. I hope this harvest can be an awesome example of what can be done with 150W LED. Happy growing ✌️👊

ElevatedNoob She is looking like she needs a good feeding and I'm giving her one today. Otherwise she looks good with only sight burnt tips... Backing off feed concentration slightly but will be feeding more often. Happy growing ✌️👊

ElevatedNoob She is starting to really add bud weight this week. I am starting AN overdrive from now until flush begins... Beautiful flowers and loving the slight coloring she is showing... happy growing ✌️👊

ElevatedNoob She is still packing on weight and becoming more beautiful by the day. I have decided to go ahead and start my new nutrient line Mega Crop because I figure I'm so close to the end it can't hurt. I also want to start getting used to them. Happy growing ✌️👊

ElevatedNoob I think I got about 7-14 more days on this beauty. They have really slowed down on drinking but I am going to push these ladies until harvest....happy growing ✌️👊

ElevatedNoob Her fall colors continue to become stronger...The chop is near and I'm excited to try these beautiful buds... Hoping for a good harvest near the end of week. It's been a blast growing this strain. Happy growing ✌️👊

ElevatedNoob After 113 days total and 61 days in flower this beauty was chopped. After 9 days drying she tipped the scales at 72g total. I'm thrilled to complete this grow as it was my first using photoperiod plants and I enjoyed learning about the differences. All in all I have to say that I think growing photos is much easier because of the strength of the plants compared to autos. My yields are very similar between photo and auto, but the photo buds are slightly higher quality. That being said I'm probably going to continue growing primarily autos because of ease. Since no light change is required seedlings and adult plants can be grown together... Love this hobby...happy growing ✌️👊
