Purple Kush Photoperiod by Buddha Seeds

Another purple one, this the the Photoperiod version of the Purple Kush by Buddha Seeds, they just recently released this strain and its not in the system of GD yet. Will come soon I guess. She is at the end of her first week and everything seems normal, I won't veg her to long in this run as it is just a tester to decide where to grow. Starting her in 7L fabric pot and later for flower will go into 25 or 50.

Week 2 for the Purple Kush, you can really tell she is a real purple, the leaves from below have a purple tint already :) She grows nice I adjusted the LST training twice so far and she adapts well. hope she grows quick in veg then we see some beautiful purple flowers soon 👌 Started feeding Fish Mix now, will run this grow with Bio Bizz and Advanced Nutrients again.

Week 3 for the Purple Kush Photoperiod, she is doing great ! Adjusted the training today and fed her yesterday. As this is a tester I'm not sure yet how long I will veg her but I dont think for too long. I give her a week or two and lets see how it goes.

Week 4 for the Purple Kush, she grows very nice and the training is almost done in terms of stretching her out. Gonna increase the feeding a bit today and will just continue with this formula for another week, then might flip her into flower.

Week 5 for the Purple Kush, she is growing really great, a very healthy plant that is ready to be flipped into flower. I will give her this week to stretch a bit more and then into 13 hours of light. She shows red colors in the leaves and stems already so interesting to see how colorful this pheno will be.

Week 6 and transition week for the Purple Kush, the plant is just beautiful, its pushing its colors through since week 3. She is in a new 25 Liter pot now and ready to flower. I used a new soil mix for this grow so lets see how it goes, I included Bloom and Top max into the feed now.

Week 7 for the Purple Kush and Week 2 since the light change, she is flowering nicely now and stretches very nice and even, I trained this tent to be a bit more narrow but taller as they are in the 80x80. She shows colors already, the feeding will be Greenhouse feeding (if it ever arrives, ordered 10 days ago) to bridge it I fed them half nutes of Advanced Nutrients Ph Perfect. They are happy and the soil mix I used looks good so far, just trying new mixes and media recently. Looking forward to the coming weeks, I hope this photoperiod version comes to the same color level like the auto version, which was just stunning 👌

Week 2 of flower and she is doing perfect, a happy plant that grows healthy. Purple color gets stronger by the day and she still stretched a bit. trichome production is on the way and she makes some nice purple trichomes in the center. A beautiful plant with good genetics. Started feeding with Greenhouse feeding now as it arrived 💪

Im 2 days early with this update but lets say week 9, week 3 of flower. She is beautiful, the smell is the same as the auto version, just amazing. This one will be stronger as she smells very strong already, beautiful structure, very good inter-node spacing for big colas which should work well in combination with the LST. Added PK now slowly. Very nice strain and i'm already a fan of the photo-period version of the Purple Kush.

Week 4 of flower and she is getting more dense, buds are starting to take shape and the plant loves life. Feeding ist the same for now at 0.7 G per liter, I feed her around 5 liter ever 48h, in the medium I use that works best. The colors and trichome coverage on the flowers is beautiful already and she still has time to finish. Height wise she is done and is just about the perfect height for the tent she is in, limiting pot size was a good choice for this grow.

Beginning of week 5 for the Purple Kush, she packs on size nicely, the colors are just incredible as always with this strain. She is nice and balanced, inter-node spacing is perfect for long colas. I fed her only water last week and let her dry out a bit, now i'm planning to feed hybrid powder this week again and some PK booster. The smell just got more intense, such a good smelling strain.

Another week of flower for this Purple beauty, a plant that just sticks out, the training balanced out pretty nice and the colors of the colas are just incredible. Purple Kush never fails to amaze. Still feeding Hybrid powder and PK booster. Removed a few leaves here and there but not much, just letting her finish now nicely.

Another week of flower and she looks amazing, buds are a really nice size now, I think in a week I will start to flush slowly. The smell and color of this plant are incredible, cant wait for the harvest now. will be the last week of feeding.

Another week, she is getting fat now, really has put on weight recently. Will start flushing her now and then report back from harvest day when we will see what the final shape of the plant looks like.

Last update before the harvest, she is almost done, the lower buds are harvested already now just letting the top colas finish. Beautful smell and colors once again from the Purple Kush. Will have 2-3 days left then she will be harvested. Will update with harvest diary.

Another diary comes to an end, this one was a really fun grow and a great plant. The Purple Kush non auto version from Buddha Seeds is super solid, extremely strong resistance against pests and the colors are next level. Overall a top strain I can clearly recommend, I'm running a mother of this one already :) Strong growth, strong flavors and insane colors, a real treat for anyone who loves photographing cannabis :) The plant was happy no matter what, loved the feeding and never showed any weakness.
