Seeds germinated within 4 days. They were planted in low EC unfertilized soil. This grow will be all natural and organic! I have dual Full Spectrum Platinum LED P600 lights with 690W actual power draw. I also have all of Plagron nutrients and additives from 100% Natural product line.
Plants grow very well. I am adding small amounts of organic nutrients and I spray them once a week. I plan to pot them up next week and start waiting for the 6th node so I could top them. So far so good! Peace ✌️
Both plants are doing very well. I am decreasing the RH slowly and i keep constant RM. Right now, i am waiting for the plants sixth node, since i plan to apply the main-lining technique in this grow. I am going gently on nutrients and once a week i spray the plants with Plagron iron-based additive Vita Race. I pot-on the plants, since the previous cups got small for the roots. P. S. The other plants in the grow are very beautiful bonsai which have similar grow needs as cannabis, so I thought why not? 😂
This week the plants will be ready for the first step of main-lining tehnique. I have nice visual on the 6th node but i will let them grow a bit more and then start cutting. I have boosted the LED's to their full power by switching on the bloom mode also. This week i've added a bit of mollasses to the nutrient solution and some amino-acids via foliar. RH is 50-55% at all times and the RM is in 24-25C/day and 18-20C/night range. This grow is going to be purely organic so i expect a lot of colors, strong aroma and amazing flavour. So far so good!
Greetings fellow growers! That was a great week for the plants! I have top the plants to the 3rd node and i've cleaned all the vegetation bellow it, leaving the fan leaves only. Right now i'm waiting for the plants to grow 4 nodes so could top them once again in order to create 8 colas. I've decreased the nutrients since the plants are recovering from high-stress training and i manage to keep medium levels of RH (55%) and normal RM (~25d/18n). Be healthy and stay at home! Peace!
Hello everybody! Twice a week i do lst in order to shape the plants the way i want. Also, i have great visual on the 4th node on each side of the both plants so will top them one last time, leaving just node 1 and 3 which on its own side will give me 8 colas per plant. The dudes from RQS has given an estimate of 80-120cm indoor height for this strain, so i will wait until plants have reached 40-50 cm untill i switch to 12/12. I start adding aminos via the nutrient solution and i spray the plants once a week with iron-based supplement. Another thing that i did is the added circulation fan just above the canopy so this way the branches will strenghten very nice, thanks to the good airflow.
This week i top the plants one more time and did some lst so now i have 8 colas per plant at same height. I will wait for the plants to reach about 50cm and then i will switch to 12/12. Every now and then i remove the very big leaves that put shadow on the tips. RM and RH stays as usual (24-26d (50-55%) /16-18n (55-60%).
Okay guys i'm reporting last veg week and starting tomorrow i'm switching the lights to 12/12. This week i fed the plants two times: first i used plain water mixed with pure 100% organic blackstrap mollasses in order to feed the bennies within the soil. The second time i used the usual nutrient solution. I have nice and flat canopy and a total number of 16 colas waiting to strech during the flowering stretch phase. So far i'm very happy with this strain and i expect heavy harvest (thumbs up:)).
I've switched the lights to 12/12 and i start administer flowering nutrients. I've nice and flat plants with 8 colas each. Since the first 3 weeks are considered the stretch phase, the plants are mostly gaining size and height. I do lst when it's needed and i'm slowly decreasing the humidity. A lot of fresh air is circulating within the tent which is induced directly from outside.
Week 2 of flowering went very well! I spot the first white pistils on both plants so we know the plants are female. I also have first signs of growing buds so pushed the flowering nutrients a bit more by adding medium dosage of organic-based bloom booster. Week 3 will be the last week to administer foliar feeding and root stimulator. The Easy Bloom dosage is one tablet for the whole week. They turned out the be super sufficient and i'm really happy with the results so far.
Greetings growers! Third week of flowering just passed away and things are looking good! Plants are about 50% bigger, although still stretching a bit, soon i expect the stretch to come to a halt. It can be clearly seen the first signs of real buds developing. I dont have trichomes so there is no smell just yet. Because this phase the plants are starting to spend more energy on growing buds i give medium dosage of flowering nutrients along with low amount of organic bloom booster. I did defoliation which would be the last trainging i use in this grow. That was also the last week i use foliar spray since the buds are developing and i want to avoid having any mould or fungus on my plants. Root stimulator is also excluded from the feeding schedule.
Flowering is progressing very well, although the plants are still a bit stretching, mostly they spend all their energy on making buds. Because of the fact the buds are becoming larger and fatter the scent is a lot more noticeable now. Maybe i will do light defoliation at the end of week 5, because the plants got bushy again. Along with the basic nutrient i give amino acids, enzymes, p/k, enhancer and booster (all in one product). Medium RM and RH (24-26d/18-20n @ ~50% RH).
Plants are in full flowering mode. Buds are becoming thicker all over the plants with each day. Very pleasant, fruity-kinda scent is being released from the buds. More and more resin glands are forming, making the odor much more recognizable. I had to do another defoliation session because I wanted to expose the buds more to light, plus the plants got too bushy. This week I've added molasses to the nutrient solution in order to boost the microbiological life within the soil.
Late flowering! Several weeks from now on and the plants will be ready for harvest. The plant in the front is developing faster than the other one so they wont be ready at the very same time. A few words about the smell which is just amazing guys! Strong tropical and citrus aroma is being released from those sticky buds!
Greetings everyone! Plant A is already in the harvest window since most of the pistils are darkened and curled and almost all of the trichomes are milky white, slowly turing into amber. This is where i draw the line on this one, so i'll start flush it with plain water. Very strong and intense aroma is being released from the plants, making the citrus odour very tempting. I incidentaly touched one of the buds and my fingers got sticky as hell. I plan to give it a nice 10-day flush and then chop the plant and see what i've done. Plant B is i'd say 7 to 10 days behind but it will be ready within the breeder's flowering estimate.
I give the plants plain water only. I also did one last defoliation in order to expose the buds to maximum light, decrease the humidity and to improve the air flow between the buds. I could harvest the plants right away, but decided to let them grow for another week, so this way i'll have more amber trichomes for more couch-lock effect afterwards. Scent is very intense and i simply can't wait to taste these bad girls :)
I'm very happy with this grow! I was able to use a lot of tehniques which the plants did very well. I didn't have any nutrients or environmental problems. This was a carefree grow and i would recommend this strain to anybody, even the first time growers! Thanks RQS!
