Turned the lights to 24/0 just to keep the temperature up all the time as occasionally the nighttime temperatures were dropping too low. Hoping by the end of this week they'll really start to kick off growing after they've established a root system 👍 Day 12: as you can see in the pictures the root system is huge compared to the plant. I like to use clear solo cups so you can watch the root system develop nicely. Hopefully the plants should explode soon! I will be transplanting when my pots arrive.

Can anyone tell me why my autos seem to be growing so slowly? They're on day 6 now and the true serrated leaves are taking their time to come through, as far as I'm aware everything is good. The soil ph, the light distant (50cm) 600w mh, the temp 24-26 degrees and the humidity.

No you should not. A smart move would be to bend her with a wire or a rope to promote secondaries growth aka LST. Here you have 3 sets of true leaves which are all important for the photosynthesis, a defo will stunt her

Is my lemon 1 flowering now and the lemon 2 not flowering just yet? The pic with my fingers in is lemon 2. Thanks.

It is not flowering but the plants are showing sex , it means that they are not ready to get into flowering but from now the plants will increase their growth speed , vertical growth will be boosted during that stretch phase then once they will get the final heigt they will start to induce flowering. Sometimes the plants from a same strain can flower at the same moments while some individuals are more quick r slow to respond

hey there, you're right about that, but i'm sure you can fix it. Basically it's showing symptoms of stress , you can see this with the purple stems. This one is also overwatered, this you can see with the puffy space between the leafs. The overwatering caused stress at the root level, probably some kind of water mold. Just dont water one more day than you think you should. Following a strict wet dry cycle will fix this problem very quickly. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Hi @Twalker92 The plant is thus drooping because the substrate is too full, the roots need oxygen to grow and feed. 2L of watering per day is too much for the plant. 750Ml is enough every 2 days. Let the substrate almost dry between waterings and control the watering by the weight of the pot, the substrate when it is dry is very light and when it is wet it is very heavy. good luck mate 👍

On lemon 2 should I perform more lst? I looked at bending down what branches I'd be able to and it didn't make too much of a difference in regarding to how bushy she is and also the branches are starting to get quite rigid now. Thanks.

I keep on asking this question a lot but with my lemon 2 the bushy one should I leave her as she is and tuck leaves away allowing light to bud sites or do you think I should do some defoliating as there are just so many leaves!

Hi! I've read that defoliating autos can be risky business 'cos you want to minimize any stress to autos but if you pluck 2-3 leaves that should not be a bad thing. You can take the biggest leafs of to get more light penetration and if you have lots of leaves laying of top of each other that can promote powdery mildew and mold etc so I suggest that pluck also some leaves for better air flow in the bush. Just slowly and its looking good like it is too!

I am a new but by what I read your bud sites may not be getting enough air flow I am growing all Autos right now and it's important for them to have enough light and air flow so if you're too nervous to bend and do a little LST you can defoliate I have and my plant responded just fine take a look at my diary I am up to week 9 it is an outdoor grow which is a little different but the concept of the plant the same.

Is Lemon 1 ready to harvest? If you can tell from the pictures she has some amber trichomes. I haven't flushed because this is sooner than expected, what should I do? Lemon 2 is mostly cloudy, should I start to flush her?

Hey :-) Look with a microscope 👌If the trichome heads are about 70% milky and 30% clear, you can start with the flush. If the trichomes are about 70% milky and 30% amber, it is a very good time to harvest 👍🙏🏻 but do not pay attention to the leaves of the trichomes on the buds 👍

Is what I've done with lemon 2 alright? I've trimmed the whole plant and hung it that way to allow for a longer drying period and how do I tell it time for curing?

if hanging, i'd do the whole limbs, it'll be slow enough, unless you are i a desert or something extreme.. tundra too. if they are all well spaced and not resting on each other, it'll be fine.. you don't have to do anything.. just observe if it takes too long and careful of microbial growth as always. the smaller stems will snap, that's generally the time to cure. try to smoke a joint, and if it keeps going out, it's not dried yet. not in a cigar wrap.. those will stay lit when too wet.

Just some larf... probably what you think - just wasn't impacted by light as much so it didn't impact the color over time as much etc.. that stuff has a higher surfact to volume ratio -- increases bubble hash yield immensely! I don't even keep much of my trim anymore, lol. i just grow ~100g of larf+well-coated trim per 30"x30" bloom space. ~20+ grams of hash + plenty of nugs, yum.
