staying home flying high

ok so we are all in lock down, it seems my area is behind everyone here in the states. for the time I will be trying to grow out one eagle bill seed from sensi seeds. this is a regular seed so it could be a female or I could get the male. in that case I will be growing a female c99 seed along in the same tent. let us see what happens in about 3-4 weeks. I will do my best to update this diary I am hoping once a week. in the mean time we all are in a crazy mess with this virus co vid 19 going down. I hope my fellow gromies are safe and doing the best you can where ever you are. keep growing and keep the faith. the seed has been placed in to a rock wool cube that was dampened with h20 and root stuff. there is not any diaries or harvest on here so I am hoping to be the first. She is now on top of a 6x6x6 rockwool cube. now I wait as this will take off real soon now. the seed is up and now I wait for a quick take off?

the seed is up, real tiny. the subject has been up for about 4 days. this is a reg. seed and I have a 50-50 chance it is either a female or a male. of course if it is a female I will be able to have a taste of this strain and if it a male I will get some pollen for a c99 female seed and make some reg seed with a sativa background. for now though I am going for a 3-4 week veg time before the flip to find out my surprise.

the eagle bill is looking good, still do not know if I will get a male or female. I am hoping for a male to dust the c99 and super skunk I have going but if I get a female then ill have some good smoke. otherwise ill do a light feed some time next week. until then ill keep growing and stay home to stay high.

so eagle bill is still up and I will flip the timer in a few days. if this is a male it will show pretty quick and if it is a female she will take a bit to show her sex. if it is a female it will go back to veg for 2 weeks to get some height going. other wise got the first light feed a=nd things are looking normal. standing at 9 inches from top to bottom, tap root is already showing at the bottom of the outside of the fabric pot. so If I was to do this again I will do a dwc try later. all in all real nice genetics from sensi seeds so far.

the plant has been in flower now for a week and I think I may have a female but not 100% yet, I do know males show real quick, I looked at here earlier today and think I seen a her? not sure. also looks like I have a early deficiency going on so I will be adding Epsom salts next feed. fingers crossed to get this fixed. until next week

so this one is a she. I am pretty happy on that. I have 9 seeds left of this strain and the first one was a female pretty good odds. just means I have a higher chance for a male later. what I am thinking is putting her back in veg for a few more weeks as this one did not stretch very much but she is still going right now. she has a 10 week or so flower time. I may leave her as is, but right now im thinking of re vegging her to get a little more to her at harvest. looking forward to the harvest as there is not much info on this one.

eagle bill is still up and going, not much of a stretch cause I put her in flower around 4 weeks. other wise not seeing any male parts so I am 99% she is a she. until next week

she is still up and going still kind of small 16 inches so not as bad as last week, she is up and going and not much of a smell going on if any. she will hopfully get some pollen from a super skunk for female seed. other wise until next week

she is still up and going, she has gained a little height but if I was to do this one again, I would want to veg her for 2 more weeks, I was excite though as I wanted to find out the sex. this was one out of ten seeds that are regular. so next time I have a higher chance for a male. the way this one grew though I would really grow this again as she formed so nicely as I have never seen a plant grow this way, was really amazing to see and hard to describe. otherwise until next week

eagle bill is still up and going and is stacking the buds nicely as well as getting fatter. this has 4 weeks left according to sensi, so in the last few weeks she should gain some weight. other wise she is happy and looks good.

eagle bill is still up and going and im thinking maybe 3 more weeks? real hard to tell right now as she was in the tent with a reversed female super skunk and now the eagle bill is loaded with seed. they will be all feame and a nice cross of the two strains, super skunk x eagle bill. ill run some of the seeds in the next run in a few months to check it out. the eagle bill is a reg. seed so I popped one out of 10, and the first one was a female and it is this one. anyways this strain was amazing to see grow, I could have vegged her longer than what I did but I was excited to find out the sex, if it would have been a male I would have saved the pollen to dust some other plants, but she was a female and was in the tent along with the super skunk so she has been seeded up. the seeds are starting to get hard but are real green so far. my guess is the seeds will be ready in a few weeks, but I will let this go until the seeds are ready. otherwise I have started the flush with just water until the chop. until next week I will know more.

she is on the water diet she has maybe 2 or so weeks but she has seed from the super skunk and I want those nice and ripe for me. should be a good cross and im hoping tostart one in the next round but we all know how that changes. until next week in the meantime here are a bunch of pictures...

she was chopped this morning and now I will wait to see how she smokes, so far she has a real distinct look to the buds. until next week

well she came down and was a real pleasure to watch her grow, she grew real uniform and I have seen lots of plants grow but the way this one did was amazing to see. I smoked on some of the bud and it was a nice haze kind of buzz real nice and smooth that last a bit longer than other strains. I was able to get 200 seeds from the cross, super skunk x eagle bill. I have one in a cube waiting to see how long it cracks and if it does ill be growing the cross in the next line up. I will grow this strain out again no doubt on that.
