So this is the first week of the BlueDream'Matic by Fastbuds!
She came out today together with my Blackberry!
Top soil is biobizz light mix
Bottom soil is biobizz all mix
Let's just wait and see how she grows from now on!
Week 2 now.
Decided to do some LST now that she got big enough!
Got everything I needed from the range of Biobizz nutrients and started some light feeding on her.
Temperature fluctuations have been a small problem but I thing she's doing well!
She looks good and starting to bulk up!
Hanged Co2 bags and sealed the hole room, humidity skyrocket so don't know how their gonna take it...
Also had a fungus problem that forced me to do a massive defoliation...
Hope they resist all of this!

So now we enter the bloom fase! Started to smell a little bit, but damn I love the feeling you get when entering the room ;D
I was out for a week and I left them all with just a 2liter watering each plant, and man they got BIG!
This lady is one of my favorites, she didn't went as tall as the rest, but she's thick an packed with pistils right now!
Impossible not to love her ;)
We have a double bud! No topping whatsoever, and it happened the same to my Blackberry ;D
I am now seeing the effects of too much training & bending... Guessing that I'll have to add a week or two for all the ladies

Hope to see some swelling from now on, but I think they still have more than a couple of weeks to go...
This BlueDream'Matic didn't grow as much as I was expecting, she's maintaining her short thick structure and not getting really fat buds, but she's packed with crystals! More than any other!
Maybe 2/3 more weeks for this one...

Ladies are putting in some great buds with incredible smells being spread all over the place!
Did one last defoliation today, and it looks like she was not getting enough light on the lower areas, let's see what happens next
Gonna continue to water them with nutes till the end of this week and then start flushing

She didn't grow as big as I thought but she was thick and most buds rock hard.

Smoke test passed ✔️
Yield was OK, could've let it go another week or so but overall a nice and smooth smoke with an intense head high.
Would definitely give it another try! A lot of potential on her... A lot of room for improvement on me but in a further run without so much training I bet she would become a beast!

Buds were drying for 4 days and currently curing in jars.
The smell is really good, not super intense but kinda floral!
Smooth smoke, with a lime scent and freshnesh in the first place, then leaving a kinda woody mixed with dry flowers in the end.
Overall a really nice and potent smoke that can make you lost in your own mind for quite a while, but still euphoric at the same time!
Also really happy with it because its my first harvest, and I can enjoy my bit of freedom!

@Rtush, I've had an itch for DP Blackberry and there are a few grows that I had followed and couldnt believe how beautiful this baby is! But I/m glad to get to watch your grow of @Fast_Buds Blackberry!! MerryChristmas!!
@Rtush, Appreciate that Rtush! Go with what you like and what you're comfortable with and if you feel like an experiment, Go for it!! As long as you're paying enough attention to your Ladies to notice any issues or if they are getting stressed out, You'll find you can do quite a bit of manipulation and they will take it like a champ! And even on unfavorable outcomes, You've grown as a grower and will just be that much better moving forward! Cheers Back to You 👍

And I considered doing the tomato cage training a couple of times now!
Even if your doing mainlining it works super well, their awesome!

@Rtush, I'll be honest about that Amnesia Haze... She was just a potent seed man! (Huge props to Expert Seeds For such great genetics!) You dont normally get that kind of giant out of an Auto, but Hazes are usually among the biggest. If you want to try for that kind of grow yourself, I trained Her with the "Tomato Cage" regime:
Once She gets to 3 nodes high you will bend her top as far to one side as possible without damaging the stalk. then install a tomato cage. As the lower nodes start to grow out you use the cage to pull node branches to side. I use twine to wrap around bottom of cage to control those branches (Look at my entry for Week 2 of Amnesia Haze to see pics of this. Then in week 3 I topped all end nodes. And thats it!! From there its just defoliation of lower leaves, then using the cage to keep all vertical branches spaced out, and watch her grow!
My Nefertiti 1 was also trained this way and you can see that She is not as huge as the Amnesia - She is more like the size one might normally expect to get with this method.

@Fast_Buds, Gonna try your Blackberry(heard nothing but good about the strain) on one of my next grows, but went a little crazy on last seed order so it might be a minute though!
She is looking quite small for her age if you compare her to my Blackberry (both the same age) but she's really thick, just waiting to see if it stretches a bit or not...

You really should split up your trees into separate Diaries; This way you can showcase each strain better and give other GD users an easier time comparing their grows of same strains to yours!
I know its extra work, but its worth it in the end!!
