Second set of leaves and a decent amount of roots leaving the rapid rooter, so let's put these girls into the big system to get ready for explosive growth!
They didn't do much this week after I moved them. Day 14 looks a lot like day 8. I'm sure they'll take off next week when their roots hit the water. The pots are partially submerged in the nutrient solution, but I'll hand-water to help out while the roots find the jackpot.
I wish my humidity were higher than 60%, but I don't have an industrial humidifier lying around... yet. I have a 12 disc fogger on the way, though!
@Xanthur, yea i dont tolerate fluff or even include it in my weights. Wow hermie? I have STSed lower parts so i dont care when i leavem put it does lettem make more fem pollen.
Usually I never let it go more than 2 weeks appart.
I also started using make shift side lighting with cheap leds for the sides and lowers.
@GYOweed, I have an aloe Vera plant that's supposed to be good for that. I've tried staged harvests with no good results. One strain hermed immediately. The ones that it worked for still never bulked up or really developed much further. Seems to me it needs a few weeks to make a difference, and it isn't worth it to me to delay the next round. Now I just toss the light fluffy stuff into the trim bin.
Hey there,
Thanks so much for running a diary of our genetics 🙌

Happy Growing !!! 🌱☘️🌴🍀🌿🌳
@Fast_Buds, Thanks! Looking forward to it. I'm actually running four different auto strains from your lineup. I came across an article about autos on your website that said to withhold bloom nutrients until around week 5 (i think?) I made up a batch to test it out, and I have too much N with some wicked purple stems from the resulting phosphorus deficiency. Is that still the overall better approach from your experience? I diluted the solution and added back in some bloom, and the stems cleared right up. This is all happening at only 350ppm.
