Strain
My Pineapple Express got off to a bit of a slow start due to lack of direct light, but once the problem was solved she started to blow up. I love the structure of this plant!!, it reminded me of a pineapple for some reason with it's large main cola and the rest of the canopy pretty evenly laid out around 12" below it.
The smell is divine! It had a very tropical, sweet scent to it about a week ago but has now changed a bit. It still has that sweetness to it, but it has also taken on what I think almost smells like piney diesel. The smell of this bud takes me back to a different time and place, it reminds me of something I had twenty or more years ago. We called it Lambsbread back then and it was considered a rare and special treat. I'm not sure if there is any genetic relation between these two strains somewhere down the line, but the smell is spot on.
I am really looking forward to getting some more of this strain going. I think I may get one in my next rotation. I would recommend this strain for anybody looking for a low maintenance, nice yielding plant that produces top quality buds.
