@tototerremoto, for the kush-n-cheese, I took all the larger leaves at around week 3 , this is my "first" time growing an auto , i did it in 2014 but the auto game has changed dramatically. So what I aimed to do is take the large leaves right as the plant was going into flower . The theory behind that is to stimulate growth to the bud spots by alleviating any extra stops . 1 thing your gonna notice with an autoflower when you stress it that girl is gonna look pretty depressed( just kinda standing there dropping ) in comparison to a photosensitive strain . But the autoflower will recover from that about 50% quicker than a photosensitive (12/12) genetics . After you take the first ones off I would then determine if the plant needs a second defoli. If it's getting crowded take a second set of leaves about 20-30days later . I would suggest leaving as much as you can . I hope this answered your question . Feel free to hit me up any time !!
