This strain was very unique. In veg it was vibrant green and very open. In flower she basically didn't stretch but filled out in a serious way and turned dark green. The buds were really interesting. They didn't grow like anything I've grown before. The hairs were very long and the buds formed in an interesting way. Very strong pungent odour. It's a pretty potent strain.
Grow went fairly well, definitely need to introduce some cal mag. Had deficiencies start around week 5 and it took awhile to figure out what was missing.
This run went pretty well. A little over 220g for the two plants. Definitely had room for a third. The only real issue was the cal mag deficiency, which took a bigger toll on the pure kush than the blueberry. At first I thought that it was some kind of light burn. It turns out that it's a combination of my water source being 0 ppm rainwater and the highbpowered LED panel requiring increased cal mag. It didn't seem to affect the final harvest too badly, but I did get some foxtails on the pure kush in the last week of flower.
This plant is taking a lot longer than it's supposed to to mature and now it's throwing strange tops on the bud. It has a pretty bad cal mag deficiency, is this why the buds won't finish and are doing weird things?
Looks like you have foxtail on those buds this occur when light is too intense or and temperatures are too high they start to grow more Buzz over the bonds that are called foxtail it does not harm the plant in any way just that it can be a little tricky to get ready for Harvest ignore the new growth and focus in the older growth try to look at the trichomes and harvest according to those telling sign the new growth will always show no maturity but the older growth will show you how truly ready your plant is to harvest and yes a calcium magnesium deficiency will cause or source of problems because they require that specific nutrient to fight Heat and extreme light.
Hope this information helps you out have a happy grow
