You have a nice healthy plant there! Flowers will form regardless of being in a dense canopy (my Blue Dream'Matic plant was dense and yielded 200g under a 100w QB). Even if the lower leaves don't get a lot of light, they can be a stored energy source later in the grow.
However, if you are getting high humidity or are worries about bud rot, then I would take away a little. For humidity issues, start at the bottom where leaves get the least light and remove those to reduce the overall transpiration of the plant. If airflow around the buds get so low that the buds are damp/at risk of mold, take away just enough to allow a healthy airflow in the middle of the canopy.
Early removal of flowering sites at the bottom of the plant is a good idea, just to focus growth and energy to the bigger more desirable buds.
