2nd grow indoor start then outdoor

I still don't know which is which, but according to the flowering schedule, I think the first picture is not an auto. The autos are just starting to flower and everything looks good despite the consistent rain. If someone knows how often it's okay to spray Neem oil, I'd love to know. Right now I've been doing it once a week and so far the pests are staying away. For anyone who cares about outdoor smell, they're starting to be smelly but it disapates about 5 feet from the plants. This space has a consistent, light wind so there's almost no chance that odors will build up. If some strains become a problem, I can move them inside. The Rainbird drip watering system is great and was easy to install. It's a bit time consuming but I did my entire garden in a long day. Haven't had to use it much so I'll update when I do.
