GG#4 First Time Grow

4/30 Stopping all nutes for now, going to give her another week in the new soil before adding a quarter dose again. I got some shelf racks from Lowes so the plants dont have to sit on sharp ventilation clamps and will hopefully have some better airflow. Added some more screw eyes to the pot and used some soft plant twine to continue to tie down more branches to the screw eyes. As long as this continues I cannot recommend the screw eyes enough, I dont even need bolts because you can actually screw them into the fabric but I will probably grab some bolts for some peace of mine anyway. I hope to start some FIMing soon, especially with how much the plant is responding to the lst and the main stem in particular is bending. Not yet though, I want to maybe add another node or at least give her a little longer in case shes still recovering from all the bullshit Ive put her through 😃 5/1 Added a tie to keep the main stem upright at the base and got it to bend at a 90° angle. The plant is looking good and I am quite happy with myself! 5/2 Continued to tie down upward growth, got a lot of growing shoots competing now. 5/3 Signs of mg deficiency are coming back. What is technically the lower growth on the main stem (the growth pointing to the right, away from the main stem) has purple creeping along its stems, and I think I see it on some other stems as well. I unfortunately noticed this right after I watered, but I decided to water again with a little bit of nutrients this time, about half of the recommended seedling dosage for big bloom and grow big. Hopefully it wont start dying overnight again. 5/4 Problem is worsening, but I was able to test my ph and it was sitting at about 5.9 I couldnt get any liquid ph up at the time but I was able to just barely get some fast acting lime which brought the soil up to 6.4 (2 1/2 tsp for the 3 gal pot). Some leaves were starting to curl up and look light burned as well, so I raised my lights a couple inches (after having lowered them a ton the other day) 5/5 Deficiencies do not seem to be progressing, or if they are its very slowly. Growth seems good. Next watering will be clean water, watering after that will be nutes with a little more lime as a top dressing I think, Im not sure if I want to buy ph up or try to figure it out without it. KISS 5/6 New growth looks nice and green. Going to try to find some 20-10-20 fertilizer tomorrow because Im sick of the ph issues from Fox Farms
