Hi everyone, This is my first grow ever. I have kept them indoors in the propagator and have been moving them around the house to the sunniest window at each point of the day. Around sunset I put 2 philips consumer 100W eq (18W) 2700K led bulbs with high CRI, around 96 I think. For 4 hours so they get a 18/6 light schedule. Is this a smart thing to do? Today I read online that you have to remove the propagator as soon as the leaves start showing. So I did, sprayed them with water and went for a walk. When I came back one of the small leaves of the fat banana was ripped. Is this due to stress from moving them and removing around the house and the change in humidity? A friend told me it doesn't matter that much, because those leaves are the first ones to fall of. Is this true? Now I have put them in a small plastic greenhouse in the garden. So I don't have to move them from window to window anymore. I'm probably still going to move them back inside at night. Because the night temperature is still around 8° - 10° where I live. Greenhouse temperature is about 27° right now. Humidity around 50-60% UPDATE: Day 6: Sprayed some plagron vita race (iron spray) on the plants. (5ml disolved in 1L water) Noticed the iron oxidated almost immediately. Shows some small light layerd brown stains on the leaves. Hope this doesn't effect the photosynthesis

Allot of things went wrong this week. Accidentally gave them too much water and they had to recover for 2 days. The weather suddenly went bad this week, pouring rain and super cloudy so I had to move them inside. It's going to be shit weather for another week or so. I luckily ordered a spider farmer 1000 led light for my (already next indoor) grow. And now I am using it on the 2 outdoor plants. Another problem was that the roots were coming out of the pots, so I had to transplant them to a bigger pot. Which I know is bad for autoflowers, but still better than keeping it in the small pot for much longer. It's been half a day since the transplant and they seem to be doing okay. Haven't noticed anything strange, think they're still growing.

They're growing a bit faster than last week. Fat banana seems to be doing perfect, but the royal ak's yellow veins don't disapear. Even after not watering for 2,5 days. Still have the feeling they're rather small for 3 weeks. Thinking about doing LST, are they big enough yet?

This week was great, started with plagron alga grow. I couldn't even keep count of the new leaves and branches after just 3 days. They started flowering tho, maybe a bit early. I'll keep on giving them alga grow until next week because I still want them to grow a bit bigger. Next week I'll probably start using alga bloom. The little one is a sweet ZZ automatic from royal queen. She is just 11 days old. I'm propably going to make a diary about her in the near future. I'm also very glad I moved the plants from the outside to permanently inside, growing indoors feels much more at ease. setup: spiderfarmer sf-1000 GT 125 1-Speed + PK Eco Filter Riogoo warmth mat

Tips of the new pistils on my Royal AK auto have a brown/beige color. is this normal or light burn? The new leaves also have brown tips, but turn green when I put my hand behind them. Spider farmer lamp distance was 12" and I changed it to 16" now. First week of flowering

I think i figured out what might have been the problem. Yesterday my fat banana started also showing clear early symptoms of nute burn (yellow tips on the top leaves) after only giving her water. The Day that the pistils and tips went beige/yellow is also the day my warmth mats arrived and placed them underneath the pots. Is it possible by raising the temperature of the roots, more nutes were released than she's used to? If this is the case, I think everything will be fine after just giving water for a few days. the soil temperature was 18°C before, now it's around 20-21°C

Thanks for all the replies fellow growers! 🙌 12" is the closest distance in flowering phase for my spiderfarmer fs1000. I put it back at 16". I thought 12" might already be okay because the top of the plants aren't positioned in the center of the light. Using my (photo/cine) light meter I measured 1 full f-stop light difference from side to center. I also don't think it's nute burn. I can't measure my soil tho. But de solution just has a ppm of 420 or 0.8EC and my soil and nutes manifacturer scheme says I could already be adding 1.8EC. Not trying to overfeed her because it's my very first grow. It could be I touched the pistils with my nose while smelling the top of the plant 😅 It's also just the top bud pistils of the AK which turned beige. All the other pistils of the plant and also all the pistils of my fat banana are just thick and white I'm going to keep the light at 16" and not give her nutes for a few days. I don't think there's allot more I can do to figure out what it is at the moment.

You might be able to raise the Ec a little. In this phase 0.8 is a little bit less than the floor is full 👍

Fat banana is growing slow compared to the royal ak. Because the light is closer to the ak, it will continue to be the larger plant i think. Grow room is becoming too small, ordered a grow tent which is probably arriving next week. Early signs of nute burn are still visible. Probably not going to feed them until a couple of days. fat banana already showing fat buds and allot of thc. Still dark green color after only giving (allot) of water for a week trying to flush her. Since it shows no difference, I started giving them both alga bloom and green sensation. Royal AK grew to 71cm. Fat banana 52cm. Burnt tips is due too spider farmer fs1000. lamp is way to strong for close distance. Have it at 70cm right now and dimmed to 75%. Plants seem to like it this way.

Had some problems, but the plants are still doing okay I think. Stormy warm weather causing high humidity levels in the tent. Dehumidifier doesn't make it go lower than 65%. I'm still making sure they get enough fresh air tho. I noticed some aphids infested my sweet ZZ which I haven't made a story off yet(INDOORS???). I washed the aphids off in a cold shower. Haven't seen any since. I checked the royal AK and fat bana a couple of times. Still clear of aphids. Also ordered fly larva (gaasvlieg) which eat the aphids but don't affect the plant or the people smoking it at all. Tried a couple garden centers, but none had genuine bio solutions. Allot of pistols turning orange. trichromes still normal Ordered another spiderfarmer sf1000 for my next grow. Green gelato auto, hulkberry auto, royal gorilla auto, fat banana auto and northern light auto are germinating as we speak. Cheers.

@fatbueno, Hi. That with the dimmers is really stupid because the screwdriver goes so far into it. I have no problem with the leaves because I saw it in time. But the bigger ones all around the yellow tips. The Fat Banana has remained at 30cm. I have now dimmed to a minimum and hang the lamp to 100cm and now it looks as if it fits the plants. This is also my first grow with the Spiderfarmer

@Bud_Spencer, Could be! It's at maximum height right now in my grow room 14 inches from royal ak and about 20 inches from the fat banana. Ordered a larger tent, but it's just arriving next week :p so I hope the ak doesn't grow allot bigger the next few days I don't want to dim the light because it voids the warranty if you open up the back. Is it also just the top leaves around the top bud with your fat banana?
