Dinafem Cheese 11th April 2020 This is the revised diary of the little cheese seedling I germinated . I intended to grow this in my grow tent but having been selected to grow the GHS seeds strains for their competition they are running I needed to make room for those new plants so I moved this one to my Greenhouse and will attempt to get something from it despite the cold winter approaching. Also if I get a male from one of the Reg plants I have then I will let it be pollinated. Growing in my own soil mix will be using Professor nutrients Go Green Organic Compost and Worm teas Epsom salts Dolomite Lime Worm castings Mycorrhizae Azospirrilum Seaweed solution plus a few other all natural supplements

Dinafem Cheese week 2 22nd April 2020 So she's been up in my greenhouse for a little over a week now and hasn't suffered at all , but then again we haven't had any real cold weather yet so it's hard to be too sure. I'm lookinto insulating the insides with some old bubblewrap or something. Gave her it's first feed of Go green today Thanks for stopping by 👍

Greenhouse Winter Grow #1 Dinafem Seeds Cheese 29th April 2020 Last day of April tomorrow so getting very close to Winter now . We've already had one overnight minimum of 6 degrees and because I'm lazy and not really wanting to get out of bed at dawn (Except for Anzac day) I am unable to ascertain how low the temps get down to inside the greenhouse. But I have tested thruout the days and it looks to be on average about 6-7 degrees warmer inside the greenhouse than directly outside. This means that it's still going too get a bit too cold in there each night for my liking. Ive already started a couple of projects to try to get some extra warmth in there, one of which is the use of a Black 200L drum full of water inside the greenhouse and I am in the process of procurring a roll of insulation plastic for the inside of the greenhouse. It's probably wishful thinking but if I can get the temp to stay at or above 15 I may stand a chance of getting them to grow . 😏 Anyway back to plant , I have been moving the pot out into the full sun each day at around noon and then returning it to the greenhouse about an hour before sundown. She seems to be doing ok but as predicted the vertical growth is slow. gave her a feed today of all the good stuff listed above , Cheers for stopping By 👍

Winter Greenhouse grow #1 Dinafem seeds Cheese 6th May 2020 Last night we had a severe storm here with wind gusts at or above 100kmh an hour and heavy rain of about 45mm in the rain guage this morning. The temp is currently 8 degrees outside at 12 noon and the minimum was 2 @ 630 am this morning. I was half expecting to see the greenhouse had been smashed to pieces but luckily it seems to have survived so far relatively unscathed, apart from the odd rip in the roof that is letting in water from the rain. The little cheese plant has grown a tiny bit despite the rain but I'm really iffy about whether it will ever come to much 😏 Its just been too bloody cold and wet . Time will tell I guess and I'll try to patch up the greenhouse when the weather improves other than that not a lot I can do. Cheers for stopping by again 😀👍

Greenhouse Winter Grow #1 Dinafem Cheese 13th May 2020 This little girl has had a reprieve 😀 Because I have a bunch of seedlings developing in my tent I will have a enough room spare in there so that she can enjoy some warmth and 18hrs of light each day for the next few weeks . Once the little seedlings get bigger I'll take this girl back to the greenhouse.👍 Because she got drenched from the storm last week , I still have not needed to Water or feed. Thankyou for stopping By & see you next week

Greenhouse Winter Grow #1 Dinafem Seeds Cheese 20th May 2020 Well this girl really liked the week spent under the grow lights 💪 She's really started to develop nicely and has a nice tight bushy structure. Ive already noticed some pistils but this is more than likely just the plant showing her sex rather than beginning to flower. When i fed my Greenhouse seeds babies with the Bio grow powdered feeding I also gave a little bit to this plant and she seems to like it just fine. Whilst i'm waiting to for my little seedlings to get bigger , I have a Grosse lisse Tomato plant and a Peppermint plant currently utilising the space inside the tent (both of which I grew from seeds. 😃) I have never tried growing a Tomato plant during Winter so it will be intersting to see how it goes over the coming weeks/months ahead. That's about all I can report this week so i shall leave it at that and see you all Next week 👍

Winter Grow #1 Cheese Dinafem seeds Cheese 27th May 2020 Welcome back , this lovely girl (comfirmed as she is showing her preflowers) is such a bushy lady!! Ive done another series of topping to get a few more potential buds sites but once they grow thru i'll leave her alone as much as possible. Because I lost the greenhouse to another storm. (See Winter grow#2) I cannot go with my original plan to let her flower in it. And I won't be flipping the other plants I'm growing for a few weeks yet so that leaves me with a decision to make on how to proceed. One idea is to set up another small tent with a Viparspectra LED I have and flower her in one weeks time. No feeds other than water this week were needed due to the GHS powdered feed I gave her previously. Thats about it for this weeks update Thanks for stopping by 👍

Dinafem Cheese 3rd June 2020 This plant would make a fantastic Mother plant for the production of cuttings , It's absolutely covered with branches 💪 I just wish I had the room for more plants indoors as I would definately clone a few to keep this strain running. But alas I don't have the room nor time to do it unfortunately . Maybe when/if I ever get my own house I will be able to achieve my dreams. But enough of dreaming , this past week has shown good branching growth creating lots and lots of potential bud sites and i plan on dropping the lighting hours to 12/12 this coming Weekend. Once I see the first flowers appearing I will dose her up with 40 grams of Greenhouse powdered feeding "Bio Bloom" and let the magic begin. That's about it for this week . Thanks for stopping by 👍 #Blacklivesmatter

Dinafem Cheese 17th June 2020 Hi fellow growers , I'm super happy with how this plant is progressing , she's a real beauty 💪 aproximately another 5cm or so of stretch and the buds are showing signs of starting to stack up along the nodes. It's pretty much growing itself this plant but I did add 20 grams of Greenhouse Feeding Bio bloom to the soil and watered it in with some water that had Professors nutrients Terpene Gold @5mls/L . I am very much looking forward to getting to try some of this Cheese but I must be patient and bide my time as she is awhile away from being ready yet .😝 That is about it for this weeks update Thankyou for stopping by 👍

Dinafem Cheese 24th June 2020 Welcome back , it has been another seven days and I think the stretch is all but done. I can see and smell the very first of the trichome and terpene production. Looking at other grows of this strain has me hoping that my buds will stack up and fatten just like theirs did. I gave her the feed of the Special 'Tea' I brewed up last week which consisted of Worm Castings , Molasses "High Tea" , seaweed solution , Amino Acids , Fulvic acids and Humic acids. All of this was mixed with some water & bubbled in a bucket (with airstones) for 48 hours and then further diluted before being fed to my plants. I also gave her a taste of some greenhouse feeding Enhancer and her usual application of great white mycorrhizae. All of this should keep her happy for the next week or so and I'll only need to feed water when she needs it. Thankyou for stopping by 👍

Dinafem Cheese 8th July 2020 Super Happy with how this girl is Flowering 👌 She sure is getting stinky and Dank . I've moved her into her own tent to finish under a 250w HPS Bulb so I'm expecting some big fat buds in 5 weeks or so 💪 Because I didn't get any cuts from this plant I have ordered a 5 pack of fem cheese thru the attitude seedbank because I think I will probably be wanting to grow this one again. 😀 Cheers for stopping by 👍

Cheese Dinafem seeds Cheese 15th July 2020 Dank Alert!!! 😍 This plant smells Incredible!! 😍 Not quite cheese yet but something fairly close and I am loving it!! Professors Nutes here in Oz gifted me a bottle of their Terpene gold to sample via instagram and I've been using it to feed this plant. Now whether or not it's this product that is contributing to this plants smell or not i am unable to say , but It certainly doesn't seem to be hurting her in any way. I have had to swap out the Oscillating fan inside the tent for a more powerful one as the humidity in there has been spiking a little during Lights off and I didn't feel the air was being circulated enough. I am of the belief that the more air movement and circulation you can add the better your plants will thrive. 👈 That's about it for this weeks update Thankyou for stopping by 👍

Dinafem Cheese 22nd July 2020 I really really like this plant 😀 I'm thinking she may be ready in the next three weeks so I will continue to feed her right up until the end of this new week and then switch over to plain water. I'm not sure how to describe the smell coming off her it's not cheese but very very stinky and pungent and I like it a lot 👌 She's drinking aprox 2 litres every day now Cheers for stopping by 👍

Dinafem Cheese 8th August 2020 This Grow was originally supposed to take place outdoors in my Greenhouse , However a storm blew that idea away in one fierce nights work 😫 Not to worry I then moved the plant under cover , still outdoors but not fully exposed to the inclement weather. There it stayed for only about a week when an unfortunate event saw three plants from another grow turn hermie on me which resulted in there suddenly being room for this Plant inside 😀 So I thoroughly cleaned and sanitised the Pot she is growing in so that I did not bring in any unwanted bugs or potential problems . From that point on this plant proved to be extremely hardy and a real joy to grow . She provided me with lots of enjoyment and her aroma's were Perfect 😍 All up she needed 9 weeks of flowering to produce some seriously stanky Buds 👌👌 I only chopped and dried the biggest buds you see in the pics , the rest of the plant is still growing as I want the lower buds to mature a week longer 😀 Before I go and smoke a joint I'd like to thank the guys and girls who read and like my Diaries from week to week I really appreciate your support 👊 Thanks for stopping by 👍
